Ok I love to shop here but this is going to be my very last time! If you shop online DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE ALL OF YOUR ITEMS. I ordered a $200 chain (in a $500 shipment) & I received an empty box!!! Clearly an employee or the warehouse employee had sticky fingers. Upon receiving my order everything else was nicely packaged but the box for the chain had been opened. They tried to blame it on fedex. And this is the second time I need my money back. Insanity, do not order from their website!
They hide bad reviews
It’s a long story but to summarize a hoodie i bought from them was made so cheaply that even taking more caution than the tag recommended it was completely faded after the first wash. BUT NOT THE WORST PART i left a review on the Pacsun website to warn ppl and they took it down with no response. SHADY ASF

Very poor communication
Very poor communication. I ordered a few clothing items and they were sent in two different shipments. I only got one package and the one package has been stuck in limbo for almost a week now and I paid extra for three day shipping. I tried to call the Pacsun customers service number, but you can't speak to someone on the phone anymore, you have to talk to them online on their site and the person I talked to couldn't tell me why the package that I didn't receive hasn't moved in almost a week and then I have FedEx telling me that they never received the shipment that I never got. I have e-mailed this company 3 times with zero response. I told him that I either wanted a refund for the package that wasn't sent or have them re send it to me and nobody is replying to me. This is very irritating, especially when my order wasn't cheap, now I'm short on money and don't have clothes that I paid for. I probably won't be ordering from this company again, not worth the stress and frustration.
Pacsun is shady
Placed an order on 16 May 2024, on 20 May 2024 they notified me that it shipped, but every time I checked the tracking with USPS, it said the shipping label was created but they were still waiting to be given the package. After reaching out to customer service twice and being given the run around, they finally informed me after I reached out again, that my package was “lost in transit” and that the product I ordered was now out of stock. PacSun is probably the shadiest company I’ve dealt with when ordering online, surprised they remain in business after reading everyone else’s experiences

I placed a order a few weeks ago. Finally On may 18th i got a notification that my item was shipping. Today is may 28th and its still showing waiting on pick up from USPS. I looked at my bank account and the money has been taken out. Pacsun has the worst and slowest shipping ever.

Honestly I don’t think I’d be ordering online from this company.! They canceled half of my order even though the item was in stock,! Save yourself the trouble and go to the store! Paid one day shipping and it’s been almost a week.!!
Do not use paypal at checkout or you will never get your money back
The company messed up with online order that I paid with PayPal and couldn't process my refund for >30 days since I returned the merchandise. Their customer service is totally useless as they always tell you to "wait another business day". I finally ended up filing a charge back with PayPal to get my funds back as I never received them from Pacsun. Pacsun never replied to the charge back request and I was refunded by PayPal. The worst company I have ever dealt is Pacsun. No way I am going to order from them again.

I’m still waiting for my order from April to arrive!!! Every day it says to be delivered by the end of the day and then the stairs changes to the next day! I could have got something from shein faster! This is absolutely ridiculous! Will never order or shop from them again! Their customer service is also a joke!

Pac Sun is a dishonest company ....they give fake codes for discount if you sign up for email and text....tried to input code and it said invalid.....then they falsified the shipping time....I would have never ordered from them had unknown it would have taken two weeks to receive my order......thats as long as it takes to receive stuff from China.....in America in 2024 it shouldnt take that long to receive and order....Also I'm in California! We have fast shipping. I will never shop or order from this dishonest company again.
Really hate their return policy
Really hate their return policy. There’s $4 processing fee each time you request a return, even if it’s within the same order. So if you initially request a return for some items in a big order, then later on decide to return additional items, each request will involve a processing fee. Also, if you use paypal or apple pay for an online order and go to a pacsun store to return and to avoid the processing fee, you only get store credit and not refund to original form of payment. You have to use the happy return service and pay the fee. I’ve not had any issues with other retailers with paypal and returns to physical stores, so I have no idea why pacsun has such ridiculous policies. I returned practically everything I’ve ordered because I don’t want to support their business. Will no longer make purchases at pacsun.
Fake Bogus Sales
The worst. Constant baiting with fake sales, old merchandise, low quality and outrageous prices. With all the stores on the internet, including Shein, why would anyone buy this overpriced trash.
Pacsun owes me 21340 dollars and still haven’t give me the products I paid.
I have paid a lot of money to buy Fear of God FOG products on Pacsun’s website. But I haven’t received many products from them. The tracking numbers they gave me were invalid both in Pacsun’s website and in express company’s website. And by now Pacsun still owes me 21340 dollars. Every time I contacted them, they said that they would review the orders and update. But there was always no reply. I have contacted The California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). They recommended me to file a complaint against the Pacific Sunwear of California (Pacsun). However I don’t live in the US. I don’t know how to file the complaint. Anybody has the same experience? And anybody could help me? Thank you.

Purchased a sweater and within an hour of wearing in house, sleeve started to unravel. Took back to store with tag and reciept, and the store refused to do anything. Complete garbage, had to go in the trash.

This company has now hurt me two years in a row at Christmas. They charge you for an upgraded "guaranteed" shipping by Christmas and don't even ship the items by the date. Then they go AWOL and will not respond or correct the issue. 2022 and 2023 I have been screwed by this company and the online ordering failures.

Bought 2 Essential shirts, it was my first time buying the brand so had no idea that it runs really big. Bought them as a gift for friends, it so shame that they do not accept returns or even change of items or at least credits at the store. The worst customer service experience EVER! I purchased about $150 worth of blouses for my granddaughter that was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Out of that order I only received 3 blouses and 8 blouses were missing. The online tracking was pretty much none existent because all it said was that they were working on my order. I called and they said they are working on it and they would either refund me or replace the items missing but that never happened. I called after Christmas and they said give it until January 3rd. On January 3rd their customer service was only doing the Chat or email but NO CALLS. I couldn’t speak to anyone. They wanted me to send in all missing items descriptions again. I refused because I have done this multiple times already and the agent told me to just file a police report. They want me to file a police report and to continue to go out of my way to get a refund for items not received. Ridiculous none existent customer service. Do not buy online would be my recommendation because they suck!
