I ordered an essential hoodie for my son for Christmas as a gift. When I received the hoodie it looked nothing like the picture meaning the hoodie was defective.there is no phone number to contact this company you have to chat online with someone. After chatting for about 1 hour online, I was told my case would be answered within the next business day and all the notations was put in about my order and what I wanted. The next business day came nobody replied nobody answered. You keep speaking to so many different people no one is reading the previous rep notes. The want me to return this item to FedEx meanwhile the is a store near my job. Trying to explain to me I have to wait almost 2 weeks for a return to process when a store can do it with no issue. When something is not the customers fault it should not be a problem on how they want the item to be return especially a DEFECTIVE ITEM around this time of year. All every rep is doing is saying they are emailing me a shipping label free of charge since they do charge for returns. No one is understanding I want the item return in store for a quicker turn around time.who is to say someone sees me returning this item through FEDEX and disregards it since it’s suppose to be “final sale” do to the brand, I asked to speak to the district manager of the Roosevelt field location and still have not received a response. I sat on the phone with the store and they said “once we get the okay from customer service it’s not a problem” but yet customer service tells me not to listen to a manager in this location because they do not know what they are talking about ??? This company needs a new strategy on returns especially if it not the customers fault. You are quick to promote a brand online, in store and all over company but then have no return policies about it. So for this holiday season my son is out of a 165.00 gift and I have to wait til my day off to process a return because the hours I work are outside my local FedEx locations. When I placed my order, all items were in stock. By the time it took PacSun to process my order, 3 weeks later, all of my items were not available! Do not trust this company especially if your order is a gift. This company does not value their customers.

Took 15 days for my items to finally be in transit and the only reason it is now is because I asked for a refund. I had been asking for a refund for 3 days straight instead they sent promo codes. Have not received my order that was placed several weeks ago around 300 worth of stuff. They are asking me to wait two more weeks to receive it. That’s not seven business days! Also, I’ve contacted the carrier and they have confirmed the package is lost, but PacSun is still making me wait after informing them of this. I bet a lot of the items I ordered will no longer be in stock for them resending it too. Terrible customer service. Don’t plant to shop here again.
Pacsun is a circus
This company doesn’t know how to handle basic transactions. I spent over $300 on multiple items, only to have the most expensive items never get shipped. When I reached out to pacsun, I was told my item was shipped out late. When it arrived, it was the wrong item!
After reaching out to customer service. I was told to mail back the incorrect item and I was then charged a fee to return the item they made a mistake on.
Finally, my missing items never shipped, I was still charged and customer service has basically closed my ticket. All in, i was scammed out of $100 bucks.
DO NOT SHOP AT PACSUN. COM. this is the most incompetent company in the market. How they are still in business is a true mystery to me… then again, scamming customers seems to be a profitable business model.

I bought my teenage son a pair of $60 sweatpants. Ordered an XL, they sent size XL3T, which were too big for my 6’6” husband. When I attempted to make an online return there is no option to waive the shipping fee even though there’s the “wrong item sent” option as a return reason. Customer service is only open from 9am-1pm. I drove all the way to the mall this weekend to make the return and was told that since they sent the wrong item, they can’t return it In store because the receipt doesn’t match the item I’m returning. She suggested I contact customer service, which I explained I’m unable to because of the hours. She offered to contact them for me, but, oh wait, they’re closed on the weekends so she couldn’t help at all. Total joke!

I paid for overnight shipping for 6 items for a family vacation. Nothing shipped and they couldn't even give me an update as to where the order was in the fulfillment process. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund as we are now leaving town. Was told that they couldn't guarantee that the order could be cancelled. Have a charge on my card, paid for overnight shipping, have none of the items I paid for (all of which will be delivered in our absence) and it is my responsibility to return the items to them and pay $10 to mail them back. That is, of course, if they haven't been stolen by the time we get back. Additionally, the customer service was absolutely terrible! Zero attempt at a resolution or refund. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased 3 pairs of jeans, 1 skirt, and 5 shirts. Only 4 shirts arrived. When I called PacSun I was told that it was impossible that only 4 shirts had arrived, they had the weight of my package. When I asked for the weight of the package to weigh the package that I received, I was told they did not know it. They accused the postal department of stealing the items. The mailman handed me the package on that day. (ironic). Bottom line, I am hundreds of dollars and clothes.

Terrible customer service for online orders. They charge $4 per item even if you return it to a store and its even more expensive if you need to ship it back.
