A few niggling problems, but not enough to warrant less than 5 stars.
Problem 1. My postcode is PA28. But I do not live on an island. We get 24 hour next day delivery via Royal Mail. All major carriers deliver via our local transport company as their agents.
I understand this my cost a little more but many other companies take the hit providing the order is greater than a set theshhold. Below that, more often or not Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked is offered as an alternative.
Paddocks have done this for small orders but this requires a phone call. Adding this as a web site option would be perfect.
As it stands, for small low cost items, I am forced to buy elsewhere.
Problem 2: Very often, for my Series 2a, I have to refer to my ancient parts catalogue to get the part number because even the exact description in the web site search gives no results. Putting in the part number brings up the part immediately.

Good communication regarding delivery too.
They look good on the front of the Landy. Will be testing them on the road, just as soon as I fix the brakes!

Hi, customer service approach
Hi, i have many excellent products from paddock. Alas I made a mistake and ordered a 300 tdi sump when i wanted a 200 tdi sump, the later not available any more. My mistake. My discussion with a customer service man was not satisfactory. He was not understanding and short on listening skills, i had to remind him twice that I was the customer. He was too keen to remind me that i did not look at the detail before ordering and made me feel quite inferior. Not a good advert for Paddock!
