I payed extra for DHL Express but the package got stuck in customs several days. Usually goes faster.

Parcel delivered to wrong address
Parcel delivered to wrong address, I was only aware as the homeowner rang my mobile number on the delivery label. I’ve had no response from paddocks after I informed them of this issue, no form of compensation for my time to go and retrieve the parcel, not even an apology.

I had a problem with an item exchange; they were correct in sending the right item without waiting for the return of the wrong one, which I thought was fantastic.
