You need to get another carrier EVRI or whoever they are are useless. Your paint hopefully is OK first time we have used it but you didnt deal with the non delivery

We use 'Crowfoots Carrier' and 'DX Parcels' where possible but in some postcodes other carriers have to be used.

Always use Paintmaster paints
I have used Paintmaster paints on many occasions and find them very good. This order went missing with the courier and they were very good at locating it and having it resent.

Excellent product & delivery BUT no instructions
Excellent product & delivery, BUT no instructions either: on the can, as a leaflet, or on your website ( which doesn't even list the product by its name ! ). Instructions on application, cleaning, & safety, would be really normal.....I had to go on 'you tube' to learn the use etc !!

Always have excellent service from this company. Their barn and shed oil based paint is great for our fences - lasts longer than using water based stuff. Just going to be ordering more.

Good Service
John was very helpful in talking through the spec of the paint that I needed and in selecting the right colour. Prompt delivery although Evri managed to only deliver 1 of 2 packages initially. Received the second package 2 days later and it was evident that Evri had managed to soak the cardboard box in their supply chain. Thankfully Paintmaster had packaged it well and the contents were fine. Would be happy to buy again.

staff very helpful 👍 very good paint charcoal grey pattern for concrete paths and drive .Third tin in 5year 20 litres large area to do .looks lovely when first done . doesn't wear well even washes off in wet winter months. what a shame.
