Customer service is awful..been waiting 3 weeks for my order asked for a refund twice and Evri ‘ lost ‘ my parcel still no refund

Took a little while to arrive but colour perfect

Used paintnuts before no problem but this time I used them total mess gave them the code which wasR81 miarno red then a week went by a email code not good so phoned them total mess asked for a refund another week went by no refund siphoned again to get my refund

Haven't used product yet but arrived in good time

Sales and delivery no issues - CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOCKING! - Tried to unscrew the cap, it was rock solid. Had to apply greater force than necessary and when I did the bottle split, paint everywhere, all over the drive. Having come out of the motor trade after 17 years, I have used manufacturer touch up sticks for years. The product is awful, design awful. Have chased customer services for two weeks, automated response. Do not waste you money like I have.

Wrong paint colour. Does not match the original colour, brand new van. Waited 2 weeks for just a touch up pen.

I scratched my van on a wall and thought I would try the aerosols. The colour match was great and saved me a lot of money compared to getting it professionally done.

Absolutely delighted! I was gutted to discover someone had badly scratched my car with a shopping trolley. Ordered a touch up pen from Paintnuts and despite the scratches being down to the metal I can no longer even see where they were! Paint colour was a perfect match. I would recommend Paintnuts to anyone. My only slight criticism is perhaps you could include some instructions.

I was taken in by the ‘exact colour match’ they advertise… I am no expert but after my recent experience can assure anyone that the only way to get a great colour match is by going to a paint mixer and having the vehicle colour scanned!!
I ordered a pack including the primer & clear after coat as well as the paint itself. I sanded (for what felt like days.. taped, primed & finally painted.. immediately I was concerned that the colour wasn’t right, but on advice, ‘trusted the process’. The paint dried & wasn’t a match.. I contacted paintnuts who advised that they would send out a replacement.. it took 10 days to arrive.. the area to be repainted was now obviously much larger due to blending/ cutting in area.. after further prep I discovered that the new paint was almost exactly the same as the first. Unfortunately, they had matched it with a ford.. mine is a VW!
When I contacted them again, they have refunded the value of the paint, I did make use of the primer & final coat.. but I then had to go to a local paint mixer for double the volume of paint due to having to repair the damage/ wrong colour which takes LOTS of paint!
My final advice, Order the primer & final clear coat online… save yourself time, money, work and the emotional cost & get your paint matched locally..

Thanks to PaintNuts products I could became an artist fixing and painting my car scratches and small dents before I sell it.
The products are really really easy to use, and the result is stunning.
You can do it with patience slowly even if you use your car in a daily basis.
Come on! Give it a go.

Haven't used it as yet but having bought paving for my other car, it's all good so far

I have not used the paint yet - it looks as though it will be fine.

Needed two separate paint colours for my Mini, colour matched perfectly and turn around was very quick. Paint pens are easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
