Quick, efficient service.

Supplier for Farrow and Ball colours, however the colour they mixed for us was a very poor match. Completely different colour to both the official Farrow and Ball tester and the F&B colour wheel.
Refused to give refund even though it was their mistake, claiming they ‘tested’ the paint and it was the right colour despite photographic evidence to the contrary!
Often it is when things go wrong that you learn most about a company’s honesty and customer service.
Don’t trust this company if you are looking for a genuine F&B colour as they cannot be trusted to supply the right colour or to deal with their mistake responsibly!

I can confirm that the tester pot was from Farrow and Ball, the replacement paint for the decorators was purchased off the shelf (ready mixed) from B&Q and the colour tester wheel used is the official one purchased direct from Farrow &Ball. All of the colour shades on these products match perfectly, the paint supplied by Paintstop does not, so either all of the reputable company’s shades are incorrect or the customer services at Paintstop are less than truthful about their ‘testing’. I can’t post the photos here to let you make up your own mind, but I will post them on the Farrow and Ball Lovers Facebook page to warn others about purchasing from this company. My advice is just pay a little extra and deal with more reputable companies. I have also requested a return of the paint so that information is also incorrect. As it’s a full pot of 5l, I’ll donate it to a local charity who won’t mind that it’s not a perfect match to the colour it was meant to be.

Ordered some paint online and was delivered quickly by DPD. Well packaged and very impressed with service from both Paintstop and DPD.

Great product reasonably priced and arrived earlier than expected.

I have nothing but praise for PAINTSTOP. Their pricing is first class and the delivery was unbelievable. We had a minor problem, but their response was typical of them - excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered 2 Sandtex samples, as weren't available in local stores. They arrived well packaged and on time.
Much better than driving around looking for the samples....

Just short of a 5 star review, only because my paint order was inadvertently delayed. The range and prices on offer were absolutely comparable to other large online paint outlets, and in many respects their prices far keener.

Most importantly, the response to my complaint about delivery delays was taken in good heart, and I was refunded my postage cost. Can't ask for more than that, thank you.

I have ordered Farrow and Ball paint from Paint Stop on numerous occasions and they have always been brilliant. They give the best prices and they package the paint really well to ensure no damage to the tins. Delivery has always been very quick too. Highly recommend.

Full marks to this online shop. The prices are extremely competitive, the range good & delivery fast with very well packed products & no nasty surprise waiting at the checkout. I've lost count of the number of firms who want to slap on delivery charges of £30 or more & don't make it clear at the outset. Paint Stop is perfect for household supplies in an era when even DIY shops have little to show in their stores.

The paint was extremely competitively priced, which was the main reason I chose to purchase from Paintstop. The two tins I ordered on Tuesday arrived by Thursday—very quick delivery.
They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
