I have read the stories of terrible customer service and although there is a slight distance between their community when it comes to this I have to say after the auto response was generated and I was directed to a real person I’ve always gotten my money back. I actually had a new era hoodie I received after being told it was lost get refunded. I received it a week later and when I told palace they told me to keep my money. I love this clothing company and I have had 0 problems with them in any way.

Don’t expect any customer service.

Item I bought was unfit for purpose. They said if I paid return postage that would reimburse me if I sent them the receipt.

Sent them receipt and then got ghosted.
They are the tightest company out there. Not the first time something like this has happened. Gives me the ick every time.

Also, they blocked me on instagram because I left a little puke emoji on a picture of a guerish/flamboyant look-book pic, so they filter opinions too. I thought gathering public opinion was the whole point.

Stay away unless you’re prepared to gamble.

Place an order, reached out to customer service on the status, took them 4 days to reply and currently 9 days passed since I placed the order and I`m still waiting for them to ship it.. Probably I will get it in one month.

Customer service wrote me that I would be reimbursed after a refused parcel and it never happened. Customer service is lying then it never answers you back to make you waiting until you're old enough to forget about the fact that you were scammed.

The customer service is pitiful, I made a purchase two weeks ago, still no news at the level of sending and no response from them, goes to flee

All is good until you need to contact customer service. There just isn't any.

Just recently became a customer(Usually lose out on trying to check out something before it sells out) and so far the shipping has been fast, the quality on the clothing is good(Hoodies a little expensive for what you get) and their Decks are really good. I really hope to continue being luckily and able to keep purchasing and enjoying their products.

Never got a refund.
Did everything to get my refund but they don't respond, real son of a b*tches. Will never buy again and none of my 54664 friends will buy something. Big F*¨****ck you.

All clothing out of stock on their website yet 3rd party sites seem to have all the best bits of clothing for £130+ a T-shirt! Not sure what sort of business model they are running but a bit laughable.

Pure scam, they wanted to charge me 76 euro tax for a 160 euro order which makes no sense.
After declining the parcel palace is telling me that they won’t refund me.
So they want to keep the clothes and my money, worst customer service ever.
