Brought me two deliveries, both of which they refused to bring to my door meaning I had to lug 20 packs of 24 kg ceramic tiles up five flights of stairs.

The second delivery was an hour and a half late (no apology), the driver couldn't even be bothered to remove the (water damaged) items from the pallet and dumped them fully bound outside the front door. The driver made it abundantly clear he had no intention of doing anything beyond the bare minimum, when I enquired as to whether he would be taking the pallet back with him the response was to "go f (word that rhymes with cook) your mother" and he then proceeded to hurl abuse at me until I was well over on the other side of the street.

Atrocious service, no professionalism whatsoever!

Honestly- so disappointed with myself for not checking on here before using this company. Left specific notes to be called 30mins before collection and I was assured they would- that didn't happen. Driver went direct to voicemail and didn't leave a return number. I missed the collection.

No contact number for this company- I had to pay a recollection charge then also as I had no choice, I am moving apartment and my lease is up- they would not recollect today so if tomorrow fails- I am screwed.

They advertise next day service- but have just admitted that this is incorrect- it is 48hrs.

AVOID this company.

Awful service and rude drivers! No customer service whatsoever!
It started from a very rude call on intercom, then the driver wanted a pregnant woman to move the pallet inside the property herself.
She was left speechless, but at the same time relieved when he finally left.
Eventually the driver did move the pallet to a covered area on a rainy day but it was a challenge to get him to do it.
I don't know how they could treat customers that way.
