Delivery Guidelines
Delivering goods on a pallet is very different from any other type of delivery you may receive, such as parcels or packages. It takes more tools and equipment and does carry some risk to our drivers.
Therefore, our delivery rules are governed by Health & Safety guidelines, for the benefit of both our drivers and our customers so that you receive the highest quality service in the safest manner possible.
• Our Pallet deliveries ARE made to a kerbside location
• We NEED to deliver on solid, flat surfaces to facilitate safe pump truck operation
• We WILL deliver to ground level locations only
• We CANNOT deliver pallets on steep inclines
