Rating would have been more positive if the driver had immediately accepted my request to put the pallet on the grass near a side door, so it didn't block the drive and to make it easier for me to move the heaviest component (125kg) to a secure dry place. The driver had already placed the pallet on the gravel drive, and refused to move it. I was surprised to hear an unprovoked rant from the driver starting with "you're only saying this because I'm foreign" and then "the trouble with people like you ..". The driver then figured it would be kinder to move the pallet to the requested spot, and we parted with a handshake - all good.

Simply dreadful. They didn’t deliver on the day. I had to repeatedly chase to get delivery the next day and when my goods arrived, they arrived clearly dropped and re-packaged. Del livery is of fragile tiles and I’m disabled so I can’t open it myself to see if they’re broken, or how many are broken. The actual driver was really good and said he was taking a photograph and saying might be broken in his report, but when I phoned the company they were like who cares!

I’ve simply been left with what is probably a lot of broken tiles and the costs of a landscaper arriving tomorrow. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know that they had clearly damaged the tiles and that’s why they weren’t delivered yesterday.

As a disabled person delivering me broken tiles is worse than not delivering anything because I will have to pay someone to pack them up and take them to the dump!

I believe legally Walls and Floors are response for this because my contract is with them, and I don’t think they should be using such a dreadful company.

The driver hadn’t been given proper delivery directions to my actual road which is behind my house, even though I’ve given walls and Floors, very careful instructions to make it easy. That meant more work for him. So five star for the delivery driver, and none for the company.

Had 2 pallets of paving slabs delivered 14/09/23, I was dreading it as although I live on a main route, parking outside can be difficult at the best of times but the driver was fantastic and used his common sense to not only get the delivery done but placed exactly where I needed it in the driveway, saving me a huge amount of time and hassle. Didn't get the drivers name unfortunately but was Gu19 area so hopefully they can trace him and give him and good bonus or something.

Waiting for a delivery for four days and still nothing, I had a message saying loaded on to the van and should be with me between 9 and 5, I had the same message for four days on the trot and I'm still waiting, this company is getting reported to trading standards as their standards are non existent.

What a shocking company I tracked the driver they even drove past my house I had someone waiting in all day and the pallet was around my area all day got a call from the driver 5 mins ago to say he is not going to get to me today as he has done a 12 hour day. This is after a call from him I’m next saying I’m 21 mins away but this was 2 hours ago. This is a lousy company and his attitude was crap

They actually deserve no stars!! Shocking service, we are a small company, relying on our stock to be delivered timeously, this company just doesn't give a damn. Our last pallet received, they had kept at their warehouse over the weekend, because their service is so slow, they never delivered on time by the Friday, so when we received it on the Monday, there were goods that had been eaten into by mice or rats! They wouldn't take any responsibility. We have now been waiting over 3 days for our latest delivery and they just keep making promises and not delivering. Unfortunately our supplier is contracted into Pallex, so we don't have another choice, besides paying the delivery costs ourselves to use another delivery company.

Trying to track a delivery with the provided tracking number but just get a blank screen.

How can you run a company with such a crap system and so many bad reviews. Appalling.

Premium delivery for an AM slot - wasted a morning waiting - then told it’ll be delivered between 5&6 so thanks for wasting my whole day off work - cheers guys - clowns 🤡 - urine useless

Cowboy delivery driver can't read delivered the items on wrong address .Call him in the morning to check what is going on, told me difrent address then mine ask him to repeat the address so I can pick my items up,hang up the phone told me to call the supplier

Good service. Contactable local telephone number. Delivery guy was very nice and personable and didnt " dump at the fence" my heavy item but took it off the pallet and put on the inside of back gate as I asked. Nice man - just what makes a company good.

Had a 80kg boiler delivery from Glowgreen via these cowboys. They insisted they are only “kerbside” deliveries and expected me as a disabled person to carry the boiler into the house.

Very rude when dropping off. No help at all. Yet upon collection of a return item they expect you to help them!

P*ss poor service from Pall ex Ross on Wye !
Paid for next day delivery & pallet turned up 5 days later & still had the cheek to charge me for delivery. Offered to refund the difference between next day and economy which was £3 absolute joke! **Avoid Pall ex at all costs** I don’t even think they deserve 1*

Irresponsible and lazy frauds! Had a new boiler delivered, I made sure that someone was home. I have door bell video of the driver dropping it off on the driveway and not ring the bell! I have reviewed the delivery confirmation and he signed MY name!!! Absolutely shocking!

Shipped a small CNC lathe from West Midlands to Sheffield - only problem was Pall-Ex accidentally sent it to the USA! Despite having huge labels I had put on it myself with the address clearly shown!
Not to worry though - it was collected in July 2020, they found it in September and had it back to me by January 2021 so it was only away for around 6 months. As it was a machine that made up a significant part of my business I lost thousands of pounds, and when I approached the for compensation they said it wasn't their problem as a subcontractor had been used to book the shipment! Let's just say I wasn't entirely impressed with their service.

Avoid like the plague they are an absolute joke sack people with no warnings the place is awful trucks are terrible the owner roger and Chris tancock have no respect for drivers or the customers as I said avoid like the plague

About 1.5 hour ago I've experienced the most appalling delivery from your company.
I have informed you, that my road is narrow, yet the delivery came in probably the largest van possible (and it was totally empty, except from my items). The driver dropped the over 80 kg of tiles in a DIFFERENT ROAD (not my address at all), said my road is inaccessible (which is not the case, it was just too narrow for his huge van, and you were aware I chose the option "narrow road"/"small vehicle" for the delivery), and when I said I have nobody else to help me, and I need to run to pick up my daughter from school in 5 minutes (which I have informed you about, as well, having asked to give me this tiny window of time for the school run), he said he is not here to carry things and if I'm not happy, he will take it back.
I could barely lift the boxes and almost injured myself when trying to take them to my house.
This is appalling.
