Broken down cushions and back pillow- Terrible customer service

We spent $9,000 on a leather sectional including the extended warranty. We had the springs and the bottom of one end recliner replaced right after delivery. Within a few months, the cushion and back cushion starting breaking down on the other end recliner. I have been trying for months to get something done. They finally sent me a new end cushion and back piece for the chair but will not send anyone to fix it. I have to pay to have it fixed. I have called over and over again and they either won't answer or keep putting me off. They never call me back. It has been a year and a half and time just keeps going by. The sectional is very uncomfortable and it looks terrible! You sit in a hole. My other sofa was 17 years old and looks better than this. I am very disappointed and upset with Palliser and Hickory Park. I will NEVER, EVER, do business with either one of them again! I will also tell the rest of the world just how pathetic they are. All I can say is RUN!!!!

Worst couch ever

The Bloom modular couch is awful and we wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. The quality of the cushions is beyond poor and it really is not that comfortable, which is deceiving based on the images. Guess it is true, you cannot judge a book by its cover. It’s actually been a nightmare owning this couch.

best quality for the money

Recently i was in the market for a stress free type chair after shopping at several different stores in the area i came upon the Quantum chairs from Palliser mfg , i was able to select my color and was able to get my chair in a more than reasonable time and price range , very comfortable and i will be back to get other pieces

Love Palliser!
Great selection to choose from. Wide range of fabrics and leathers to accent any living space. Very happy with the furniture we received & would recommend to all my friends and family!

Easy like Sunday morning

Palliser makes a fine product for the price point. They ship fast and consistently. The company stands behind their products and is there when you need them. They make doing business easy and that is so helpful when in business there is so much to deal with.

Don't buy a Palliser couch

I bought a Palliser couch in 2020 and then suddenly four months ago the foam started disappearingvon one of the arms. Due to an accident I waa in, it wasn't a top priority at the time. Last week I finallt got around to telling customer service about the issue. I sent a copy of the invoice and a few pictures. I was then contacted by Arrow furniture where I purchased the couch to tell me that I omly had a one year warranty on the couch. They suggested that a service person come out to look at the issue. This would cost me 100.00. Then they told me that the furniture technician probably couldn't repair it on the spot and that there would be a cost to have it repaired.
This is the first time I have ever had an issue with a couch in the forty years I have been purchasing them.
I am appalled at this type of service. I can understand that if I had taken a hammer to the arm, I would expect an issue but by merely having my arm on it makes no sense. I am not even a weight lifter???

We received our Palliser Aurora Bed

Upon réception the head was damaged due to shipping... and some slobs were missing. After spending $2000 on this product We wanted it to be replaced as we paid but for a new and not for a unfinished palliser product. They didn't want to replace it, the only offer fixing it once you receive it.

I feel scammed like receiving a 2nd hand product and now the don't want to take back their broken materiel... Because their policy is no return.... DONT BUY WITH PALLISER

Our experience with Palliser was exceptional.

Our experience with Palliser was exceptional. From ordering the furniture to speaking with Melanie for updates and to the delivery of our beautiful new reclining sofa and two chairs. We are extremely happy and would recommend Palliser to anyone looking for high quality 10/10 furniture. We will be looking to order one of their ottomans shortly as well.

I purchased a rocking recliner 10 yrs…

I purchased a rocking recliner 10 yrs ago, it has served me well. Yesterday one of the springs broke, I have ordered a replacement spring and in a few days hope to be reclining for 10 more years. Thank you, my recliner is cloth not leather, no issues, very satisfied with this product.

The leather on the backrest of the…

The leather on the backrest of the chaise section on a $7000 Palliser sectional started peeling after about a year of light to normal use. No other pieces of the sectional are showing similar defects. Even the seat of the chaise, which gets more wear than the back, is totally fine. Palliser clearly used inferior leather on the back seating surface. But here's the part that makes them an outright despicable company. They will not deal with customers directly and told me to go through the store I purchased it at. After almost a year of back and forth with the store as a middleman, they said they will not honor my warranty because I purchased a "protection plan" (yeah... that is an actual clause in their warranty that they can exercise). But what I actually bought is an ACCIDENT protection plan and that company will not cover anything because this is clearly a manufacturing defect. So now I'm stuck in a Catch 22 that neither company will cover (also pretty pissed off at R&R Furniture for not disclosing their upsell "protection plan" would void the factory warranty). We bought this sectional because it had great looks. It certainly isn't comfortable. But now I'm left with an uncomfortable eyesore in my living room that has to be covered in cloth and pillows just to be functional. I HATE this couch! Never again will any piece of Palliser furniture be in my own home or one of my rental properties.

Beware

We purchased a four section sofa with recliners on both ends. It is leather where you touch and vinyl elsewhere. Upon delivery two holes were created at seams when the delivery men put the pieces together. Those covers were replaced. We got a dark burgundy color which the color at the seams where you sit or put your feet on the recliner has come off revealing a white color which is very noticeable with the dark color contrasting the color loss! Also the seams where the leather meet the vinyl have started cracking and peeling off leaving holes especially on the arms of the recliners but also in other areas. I have contacted the seller on several occasions with little to no satisfaction. I even spoke to someone in Canada at the headquarters who was quite rude and condescending. I bought a 5 year extended warranty at the urging of the seller which was useless. We have replaced one motor for the a recliner. The sofa is now 5+ years old, we payed dearly for it and I very much regret this purchase and would never recommend this company.

Don’t waste your money or time on this…

Don’t waste your money or time on this product. I thought I was buying quality because of the name . My leather couch & love seat both started peeling around the 5 year mark .

Save yourself your money and time and choose another brand . So frustrating.
