The percentage of real profiles is very low. Too much junk. IMHO, Paltalk is not worth the money. They definitely need to improve their anti-scam policy and refine their subscription rules. You have to wade through scammers for weeks and months to meet at least one real and more or less compatible woman on Paltalk.

If you could view 1 cam atleast it might entice people to join the site.

I was a member a few years ago, and recently rejoined. I absolutely HATE the new format. I understand that it has been formatted more for people using their cell phones, rather than computers, but it absolutely SUCKS. It would make a lot more sense to have Paltalk available for EITHER cell phone OR computer, not catered specically for cells. It is horrible.

I would actually like a refund, as I find it not user friendly and not worth my time or money. I am going to call and try to get a refund.

The software is very invasive as how it embeds itself into the registry. I understand "customer security" but this is overkill.

Paltalk was best when first started about 20 years ago or more when the software layout was classic.. that was the charm of paltalk rooms. Simple and efficient.. makes you feel like in a reak room with friends.. noow tjeu changed it.. added more buttons and changed layout ...but it was best when it was classic

You deserve 5 stars if you add whisper messages in mobile version of the application.

I have been a Palk talk subscriber for many years. I enjoy the material that is featured within the format. I would love to remain.. a reader.
I rate them highly. The only concern I have is with the two formats: The Classic and New Version. I personally like the Classic but the rooms have problems
staying on. It's always going off and on. with errors. Can you correct that or is it intentional?

Chat room for full of catfish from ghana and etc who only care about getting people on other platforms like hangouts or whatapp to scam your customers. You have no one monitoring this as you only care about trying to get your subscriptions and sticker money.

Problems with: 1. volume; 2. scammers; 3. huge problems with overcharges; 4. profile banning like a bolt out of the blue for no reason. Nothing worth paying for. Paltalk doesn’t have this client-oriented approach anymore. Every update makes decreases its quality. They became quite corrupt: when they ban your profile they take your money and that’s non-negotiable. It's impossible to get it back and they don’t even provide a reason. Isn't it a daylight robbery?
