Auto-Renew and Double Billed
I requested not to have my account auto-renewed last year but you did it anyway. I didn't realize you had already billed me so I paid for another year and now i have two charges on my credit card. I have not yet begun to straighten this out.
Also, again, when I paid, I found directions to cancel the auto-renew but again, that doesn't work.
The website also said I would receive a receipt by email. I have yet to see that.

Some how i keep getting billed even…
Some how i keep getting billed even though i canceled and received a free 7 days....... Paltalk is still billing me after cancelation...... so no i'm not happy with the service ..... secondly the help room used to be full with red name helpers that expeditiously assisted you with all needs to date those same "Help" rooms are empty despite the multi cultural and topic options in help room you have to choose from.. pitiful Pal ...............

Your old pal talk software is good your new pal is so complicated .Some times audio voices gone and nicks sticker in room.Sometomes if any nick raised hand even he down we see hand up.In mobile pal a person can not join adult rooms.You need to do lot of things to make mobile pal comfortable.One more request you allow people to continue old pal don't force upgrade even in old pal you need to allow one cam free view by black nick like you are allowing in new pal
