UTIITSL is a 3rd party vendor appointed to process PAN (government tax id) card applications in India.
They are terrible at it: problematic website, entire website inaccesible from USA for many weeks beginning 5/2025, claim they didn't receive payment information, claim they didn't receive notarized support documents via mail from USA, etc.
Good luck getting your PAN card through them.
