Great service! Bought 23 Feb, dispatched 24 Feb, delivered by UPS 27 Feb. Very good bundle price on Canon gear. Wasn't sure what to expect on grey imports but this was well packaged, original branded boxes, UK plug on charger. Strange message at checkout indicating authorisation of 20% above quoted price, contacted Panamoz who clarified straight away that they guarantee no additional charges. Gave me a £40 discount code too! Would use again.

When needing new photographic equipment, Panamoz is always my first place to look for a competitive deal. Such is the pricing, invariably it is better than buying second hand.
For all the equipment, it has always been received in the time stipulated and is always very well packed, so no complaints in that regard.
Most of what has been purchased comes from abroad so it will always take a little longer to be received, so it is down to the individual to get their timings right and not expect next day delivery.
All my dealings with Panamoz have been professional and first class and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

As soon as I placed the order, I received a confirmation email. Shortly after, I was informed that the item was unfortunately out of stock. However, they kindly offered me a discount for the inconvenience and asked if I was happy to wait. I really appreciated their honesty and communication.

After a few weeks, they contacted me again to confirm the item was back in stock and dispatched my order promptly.

The support team was excellent and very helpful throughout the whole process. This was during the Chinese New Year period in Hong Kong, so I understand they were very busy, but they still provided great customer service and kept me updated.

I ordered a Canon R5ii with 24-70mm lens and Adapter, everything went smoothly and went beyond my expectations. I placed the order at lunchtime on a Friday and the camera was in my hand on Tuesday. I was not expecting it to arrive until the end of the week as the weekend came straight after ordering.

I had a query before placing the order and my questions were answered almost immediately.

Just received my Canon R5. It’s the fourth time I’ve purchased from Panamoz. Their service is great. I once had a reason to claim on warranty they were great.

I was very nervous about spending a decent amount of money online but everything was great with Panamoz. Easy to order, great customer service and delivered quickly. I did have a lot of trouble getting my parcel off DHL though, but that’s a review I’ll be leaving with them. Will definitely buy from Panamoz again.

Incredibly smooth service with great communication. Ordered on the 4th, the camera and lens arrived on the 10th (and there was a weekend within those dates). They use UPS who provide lots of updates as to where your package is and the status. Saved £2300 off what would have been a £6k order! Definitely recommend!

bought a Nikon camera with a lens here and it was at a great price. During the purchase I had a few questions, so I wrote to customer support in the evening and already had a reply the next morning. I have to say I’ve probably never experienced such kind and helpful support before. They explained everything to me — how the shipping would work, which carrier they would choose, and even asked me to send them the order number afterwards so they could process it as quickly as possible. Delivery to the EU took about 14 days, which is a good time in my opinion.

At first I was a bit worried because I had never ordered from a similar e-shop before, but now I’m not afraid at all and I will definitely choose them again next time. Their communication and customer support are at a top level. The product arrived in perfect condition. I can only recommend them.
