Why the h... produce a camera that is not waterproof?/Kun idioter laver ikke vandtætte kameraer

(dansk længere nede)
Unfortunately, my new Panasonic DC-TZ99 is a disappointment in more than one way.
When my old camera, a Canon PowerShot SX200 IS, was getting worn out, I went to the local photo shop to try and get one like it. Whenever possible, I refrain from web shops to avoid scams and/or to not support the richest families in Denmark who own large shares of the web shops. Canon no longer produces these cameras. The store owner informs me that Panasonic does, but he is only able to procure a few every month. After about 3 months I am able to pick up my camera, a Panasonic DC-TZ99 in the shop. At NO time am I told that it is not water-proof, and that if I walk into a hot environment on a frosty winter days without waiting 2 hours before using the camera. With this knowledge I would NEVER have bought the camera. There was no user guide in a Nordic language which is required by law here. Only after some days do I get an email with a link to a guide in my language that I can print. Only THEN do I see the above shortcomings: Lack of water proof which is completely moronic – to sell such a camera in most parts of the world, it rains here, and differences in temperature between inside and the outside are very possible.
Additionally, the camera is so advanced that it is hard to use. It takes a long time to focus when zooming a lot. So many images will be shaky when photographing animals. Or it has turned its head when the camera is ready. It also has a touch screen and if I take the camera out quickly, it is very easy to hit a button causing the camera to function unexpectedly.
In short: it is not a camera for a passionate hobbyist who loves zoos or need a camera for a holiday. It gets 1 star for good zooming, even though it is very slow to focus when zooming.

After 5 years Panasonic Aquarea All-In-One T-CAP 9 kW in Helsingborg -Sweden // Panasonic Nordic

I want to warn against Panasonic Sweden / Panasonic Nordic as we have very bad experiences with them.

We have a house with a Panasonic Aquarea All-In-One boiler installed in 2019 ( less then 5 years ago ) and discovered last winter that the boiler is leaking. We contacted an installer who is also listed as Panasonic's "ProPartner" and they were able to determine that the boiler is leaking in the welding in the lower tank. The installer felt this should be covered under warranty since the boiler was installed less than 5 years ago, and it was installed by a "ProPartner" according to receipts and documentation from the previous home owner. According to the documents and information on Panasonic's website, they give a 5 year warranty on products that are installed by their "ProPartners".

I contacted Panasonic Sweden customer service by phone and explained the matter. After much back and forth with customer service, they say that there is no warranty on the boiler as it has not been "warranty-registered" by the installer. I then insisted that it was a "ProPartner" who was recommended by Panasonic on their website who installed the boiler and according to the information on Panasonic's website, the customer should therefore receive a 5-year warranty on the product.

If the "ProPartner" installer has not warranty-registered the boiler after installation, this should not be passed on to the customer. How will the customer know if Panasonic's "ProPartner" has sent them the right papers after installation? Furthermore, the fault is not in the installation but in the product itself with leaking welding.

Unfortunately, Panasonic's customer service is very unprofessional. It takes weeks for them to respond to emails, and they never call back, and the responses come from different employees who are not well versed in the matter. Some of them are also rude and not at all suitable for working with customers.

This is a video showing that the issue is not at any connection, not at any screw or hose, but at the very WELDING of the tank.

In this matter, Panasonic Sweden / Panasonic Nordic has tried to avoid responsibility for their leaking product and their customer service does not want to give out contact information to those who handle warranty matters. Therefore, I want to warn against Panasonic Sweden and their products and can only recommend choosing a different company.
Thank you!

Hi Sir Simeon,

Good day!

We want to inform you that this is about your refrigerator
that was checked by our Technician in your house.

We raise your concern to our supplier for these moist units, Sir.
As per supplier (Panasonic incharge) it is normal for the unit to create moisture.
Especially if the unit opens frequently, the heat will come in so the ice will melt
and create moisture.

Thank you so much.

Ann

my reply real issue

Greetings

thank you for your response

The Technician's discovery and conclusion regards my concern was not based on the normal functioning of the unit and moisture created. But based on a part inside that has not been insulated, causing corrosion, the technician continued and explained to me the standardized requirements for refrigerators would be properly insulated, and in such a case corrosion would not be evident.

Furthermore when I asked the Technician what the possible options are towards a solution, I was reassured by him that he will be taking the appropriate steps to inform you adequately about the situation, so that the problem at hand can be addressed and taken care of promptly and properly.

Failure to adequately manufacture a product in regards to insulation, is highly unethical practice.

I trust the matter will be resolved soon, as I do not plan on visiting your office, however if that's the case, and appropriate customer service is not provided, I will take the needed steps.

I do not appreciate ignorant belligerence.

As I have been waiting several weeks to resolve this matter.

I trust to hear from you soon
