I ordered 3.65kg and it arrived in 16 days. The clothes were good and tts would order again its not a scam.

horrendous and disgusting platform, the positive reviewers will say that those who gave 1 star dont know how to use the platform but the reality is this app is a scam

they use teens and kids on social media to promote their pyramid website and trick kids into spending their money on supposedly cheap items , once you order the items you find that there are a abundance of hidden fees
- 'exchange rate'
-'operation fees'
and many more
all they do is take your money, buy items take pictures of it on an iphone and then ship it to your house. isnt really much work and they take too much money for it.

i tried to buy items worth 70 GBP and they took approx 20 GBP extra, when i confronted them about this they give the nice face and call you "dear " and tell you a sob sotry about their garbage exchange rates.
not to mention the fact that they are running a pyramid scheme where you lie about your experience for some pocket change equivalent.

if you add you items to card then just add 20% more of the price when you factor in the Hidden scam fees

What utter rubbish. This is a scam. They took money twice and provided a product that doesn't match any measurements and are refusing a refund saying its the 3rd party suppliers fault. Two weeks I've been asked for several photos measurements and told me I should resell it myself. The product is not fit for purpose and the company are unhelpful and just keep repeating themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Also have you noticed good reviews always come after bad ones with very similar text. Makes you wonder about the validity doesn't it.

Very good good quality on the products and they are 1-1 but there is one thing the shipping is very expensive i wish it was cheaper!

I buyed at August at Pandabuy but never got item. And whatever you want to talk with support it seems you gotta upload new funds like for tipe. I think its a pure scam. Dont waste money and time.

Very very bad. Package never received and send back while we didn’t receive anything and they suggest you pay again the costs for sending!! Don’t buy with them. Big scammers!!!

the people rating it a 1 dont understand anything on the app, i recommend watching tutorials before purchasing stuff off of spreadsheets

Don’t use this app to purchase anything. I found out the hard way that this company is 100% thieves. I tried to purchase a pair of Nike shoes (probably fakes) for $134. I submitted my banking info and put through the purchase. They emailed me a few times asking for size confirmation. I replied with the size and they said they did not have that size. So I just said canceled it and said won’t buy them. They put through the purchase and then canceled it. So my money was then added as a credit on my account. I spent several days messaging them to say I didn’t order and I wanted my money returned. They replied that I could withdraw the money from my account to go back to my card. When you do this they break it up into tiny amounts like $4.28 and 1.99$ so you have to withdraw like 20 times to get any money back. In the end I got back only $88 because of all the banking fees they charge.
WARNING DONT GET SUCKERED IN. I have put in a criminal investigation that has been added with several others. I won’t see my money returned but I can hopefully warn others to not make my mistake.

My teenager followed his friend and ordered a sweatshirt from Pandabuy. We almost paid 70 US dollar for a sweatshirt (around S30 for shipping to Canada and the item itself ) which is not worth it at all. When you order something on the website, they never tell you the shipping cost that made me and the other teenager's mom crazy because we would never pay this amount for a sweatshirt without any brand name.
To make the story short, the zipper didnt work and after lots of back and forth, they approve giving me another sweatshirt which I have to pay for its shipping again!!! I dont know if they consider their customer silly and crazy????

When I bought my first haul of three off-white shoes and lv pants and shoes it came great, it's way cheaper than paying for it on websites like firesnkers or cocokicks and they come in good quality depending which seller you're buying from. and shipping is also way cheaper than other chinese shops

I ordered 4 sweaters and a pair of shoes. The box arrived with 4 sweaters and a shoe, however not the shoe I ordered! Somehow along the travels, the shoe I purchased was stolen and replaced with a used pair of shoe along with the tags and stuffing from the new shoe I should of received. Online support is no help at all as they are making me do the work to find out what may have happened and all I want is the original pair of shoes that I purchased.

Absolute rubbish. Unreliable and unwilling to help with any problems. Avoid.

Delivery is a scam, ripoff spend your money elsewhere

easily the best chinese shopping agent. great customer service, super active discord server where you can get (almost) instant help. warehouse quality check on ordered products is amazing. the shipping is good and the chance of your parcel being seized is very low if you know what you are doing. there are many video guides on youtube and you can also ask in the discord about anything. 10/10 agent.

Would not order from here if I was you unless you know what you’re doing, it’s such a long process for the postage and packaging and postage for 4 pairs of shorts was £17. I thought I was getting a bargain but I wasn’t because the postage costed more than the actual product itself.

But, I got 3 pairs of Nike Air Force saved myself £260!!!
Delivery took 2 weeks, and that was during Chinese holiday!
