Best customer service ever. Easily the best taobao/weidian (& more) agent right now. Always great experience, agents are super nice, delivery and packing options are amazing, very fast processing of the goods, high quality QC and delivery is in 2-3 days to South Korea!
If your parcel was seized by customs of your country it’s always your fault, don’t give a bad review because of it, learn your local importing laws instead.

Bought shoes, when arrived to warehouse it said that shipping this item to my country is illegal and cheap shipment is impossible because it is less than 2kg. Other shipment option are over 100$. Tried to cancel but it was more than 5 days in warehouse so can’t get my money back. Cancelled with customer service, chatted with them but I still get notifications that my order is waiting for me. Don’t know what to do

Probably one of the best agents out there. Allows you to view and buy from a lot of different shops. They have QC image of every product if another person already bought it before (Amazing feature). Average shipping time. The cons is the delivery price and few shipping lanes yet. The shipping is too expensive, that's the only issue.

it is absolute dog s**t i made an account earlier td but I looked at the reviews after and wanted to delete my acc as it seemed too good to be true, but no cause panda buy had sh**ty software or something cause I as try to delete it I can't and says email and password are wrong even when I put them in perfectly so it is absolute dog s**t

never received a message that i should pick up my package so package was sent back to china . Panda buy is blaming post.nl post.nl is blaming panda buy. I have to pay 145 euro extra to resend the package and cant receive my money back

I ordered a few items a month ago and the shipping fee was free,after paying they started asking money for every item for shipping fee, I canceled everything and still waiting for refund, they sent partial refund in € and not £ , definitely it recommended them, they are scammers.

Its Very good service, just dont sell the stuff and used or give free, amazing prices and produts.

Pandabuy sell an enormous amount of Counterfeit goods. People think it's ok to deal in this despicable criminal activity which carries a maximum 10 year prison sentence. This is a warning , stay away from Pandabuy. You will eventually get arrested. Trustpilot are you going to pull this down as well like you do with other truthful adverse reviews I write, due to you being corrupt which you do easily deny. Prove me wrong and leave this up. Pandabuy is involved in serious criminal activity. Just go look at the thousands of Counterfeit goods

I recently spent around £250 on my items with shipping included . The shipping and process to order took around 3 -4 weeks . My items are here now overall I am very happy with what I bought but I would strongly recommend checking the reviews on each product before buying something just to be sure it is what you want .

Package got sent back due to a wonky address they placed on the package making it unable to be forwarded properly. Wanted to take no accountability in the matter. Planning to contact paypal. BEWARE!

pretty good but shipping takes a while, but if you’re not in a hurry it’s not bad (usually around 11 days).

I don't think people understand that PandaBuy doesn't own any products on their site it's just a middle man for people who want to buy from places that only ship in china. All they do is purchase items for you and hold them for 90 days. If you need to pay for longer storage you can pay for 30 days for 10 RMB. If your item doesn't get sent to the warehouse it's not PandaBuy's fault it's the seller's fault or your fault for buying from a shady seller; and for those who complain about your fakes for being bad quality maybe you should spend just a bit more time looking for something of better quality since you can find stuff that feels like the real thing. Just make sure you NEVER PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS IN YOUR CART WITH PAY PAL OR ANY BANKING SERVICE simply because they might freeze your account but to avoid that you can just add it to account balance. I saw some other reviews complaining about the shipping service it works how its supposed to they wont keep a packaged parcel they spent the last 5-10 minutes packing just because you didn't read the notice properly; also just because they say the shipping will be a certain price doesn't mean it will be that as it's just an estimation.

Overall don't be a brainlet and ignore everything they read and then complain about it as PandaBuy works just fine and how it's supposed to.
