Received an advice today that transaction is successful but i check my beneficiary bank and funds is still not available. Money was taken from my account March 4 and I received an Transaction successful notice on march 8. When I tried to reach their customer service characters are in Chinese although I requested it in English. Amount sent is $2,999.00

UPDATE

I just received the transfer to my bank today. Their US phone number is always unattended, nobody response to their email. I saw in their app to click the "urge transfer" and it expedite the process. I only wish the their chatting will be translated back to English.

I will try them again because they seems legit, although very strict with lots of verification. They have the best rates compared to other competitors and always give you an update on their app. I will consider it that because I am a first time remitter they have to be strict but I hope the next time it wont be.

This app very good, I tried to send the money to my country, and it very fast transfer only by counting of minutes...and got it

I isn't delivered to the destiny and pandaremit canceled and pandaremit saying that they refund but not to my bankaccount is sended in whatsapp chat my bankstatement as proof I'm still waiting I didn't expect this from a institution as Pandaremit.

I have got to do many international transfers since I work overseas and I finally chose Panda Remit after trying many providers. Panda has the best exchange rates and transparent handling fees. You can easily operate on the APP with money protected well. I can use it for tuition, living expenses, or just sending money to families. My overseas life is now far more convenient thanks to Panda Remit.

Worst remittance app.

If I can give this app a zero star, I would. Very unprofessional customer service. The way the handle the inquiries feels like you're talking to a scammer. No updates at all. Does not even reply to my inquiries. Just insisting that I need to wait for 3 more days to process my remittance. Do not use this app. Find a better remittance app.

I actually found Panda Remit on social media accidentally. I thought I might just give it a try and it turned out to be fast and convenient, with a nice customer servcie team. I used to take old-fashioned ways to send money like banks or Western Union. They are all not very user-friendly compared to the new cutting-edge remittance method. Panda Remit gives me a better experience while protecting my fund safety well.

The registration completed in 2-3 minutes and added my account and total transaction completed in another 2 min. Very quick process.

Worst remittance to deal with sent e-transfer $2500 but it's not delivered to the receiver funds debited immediately from my account it was done January 28th until no response to refund or deliver. There is no direct contact number to speak with anyone. Their online chat support absolutely no reponse such a stealers don't trust them. They will steal your money run away. There is no point of contact sent email they replied again says check with online support who was absolutely nightmare. Don't loose your money

Experience with panda remit
Very bad experience with panda remit. Tried it for the first time and may never use to transfer again. Unlike others transfer takes forever. Support is non existent. You cannot reach out to customer support easily. It has been more than 72 hrs yet the transaction is not completed.

For now I gave 5 star rating because I made transaction Saturday night and get my fund immediately. So feel its fast and safe. But still felt doubt on others feedback. Let see how In upcoming since this is my 1st time.

It doesn’t work on public holidays.They said that the customer service is 24/7 but it doesn’t work on public holidays.If that’s the case than please specify that.There is no point on saying that you have 24/7 customer service
