Avoid Panda Remit: A Disgraceful Service That Fails the Diaspora

Don’t be fooled by their claims of "best exchange rates" or "fast transfers." It’s a complete scam designed to trap your money. Once they have your funds, their "speed" vanishes, and you’re stuck in a nightmare of unprofessionalism.

Customer support is a total black hole—they never reply. Getting a refund is nearly impossible, even for simple errors. It is shameful that a product marketed to the Chinese diaspora is the most unreliable and dismissive of its own people. They leverage our trust just to deceive us.

Save your money and your sanity. Use a real international service that actually respects its customers. Panda Remit is a disgrace.

Poor customer experience with no response on any listed channels

I initiated a transfer more than 4 days back which got stuck with Contact Customer Service status. Since then, I have tried chat, whatsapp, email, everything but no response. Not sure if they even monitor these channels. Very bad experience. I am going to file an official complaint against them with local financial regulators now. This the last time I am using their service.

They are holding my 18,774 HKD hostage. There is zero oversight and zero transparency here. The moment your money runs into an issue, you are forced to beg for it back like a worker fighting for unpaid wages—checking in every single day just to get what is rightfully yours. It leaves you feeling completely powerless, consumed by an overwhelming sense of anxiety and rage because there is no clear way to get your money back.
They act fearless because they think they are untouchable. Do NOT believe a single word from their customer service; their "updates" are nothing but lies and stalling tactics. My 18,774 HKD hasn't moved, and neither has their conscience.
By the way, do everyone a favor and just shut down for good. You are a disgrace to the industry.

Avoid Panda Remit – Money Held & Refund Delayed

Terrible experience. I sent £2,000 and the transfer was stuck in “Processing” asking for additional documents. I submitted the required documents, but nothing moved.

Customer support is extremely poor — endless automated replies, slow responses, and no clear communication.

I requested a refund and was told it would take 3 working days. Now they are saying to wait another 3 working days. It feels like they are just holding my money with constant delays.

Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this service.

I made a transfer on 19 Feb 2026 at 00:23:26 (Transaction No. 1473837182140551168), and the funds have still not been received.

This delay is completely unacceptable, especially since transfers are advertised as fast.
I have already contacted customer support multiple times, yet I have not received any proper update or resolution. The lack of urgency and responsiveness is very frustrating and reflects poorly on your service reliability.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I strongly urge you to investigate and fix this without delay.

Still no response from the Pandaremit team. I have made a formal complaint to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) & waiting for their response on this matter.

I've transferred money from my SG bank account to my PH bank account last February 03 2026, but i haven't received the money yet today February 07 2026 already.

I contacted the customer service everyday yet they are very unresponsive.
