Used Panther taxis during a week long stay at a camp site in Cambridge. Always arrived on time and were polite and helpful. Very reliable.

Absolute shambles on Friday night after Newmarket Races.
Booked taxi 3 weeks in advance for this event and it was over an hour late arriving.
Called several times only to be told it would be there in 10 mins.
The rides and the drivers were faultless but the service and lateness were unacceptable.
Loads of people at the pick up point (which is easily accessible) we’re complaining and almost accosting drivers when they arrived.
Clearly they had over booked and did not have enough drivers.

Although... Call operators are very snotty, rude and narcissistic...
Scenario not important and private but after disclosing to the operator that I didn't know where I was I had been left behind on as 50mph Road with no paths for pedestrians, was anxious and registered disabled, suffering with 4 neurologic disorders,
She told me to go lay in the road and hung up on me after criticising and chastising me for a few minutes as I stammered to explain myself.

Discusting, won't use again and will warn others.

Booked a taxi after a night out with my partner. Could see driver was nowhere near where he was supposed to pick us up. Then taxi was cancelled as no show. Amazing 10 seconds later drives by us and no cab. Rang Head office to be told by a robotic foreign person 20 minutes for the next taxi. Panther drivers cancel their jobs at will. I am praying for another lockdown and not a single penny is given to those useless excuses for human beings

Had an absolute Gem of a driver (Malik). Booked a taxi to get myself into town for an interview. The traffic was horrendous and he went above and beyond to find a quick route through it. Would never had made the interview on time if it weren't for him! If I could give 10 stars I would.

The app was also easy to use - although they need to make it clear that if you book in advance, the time you set is the time someone will accept your booking, not the time they will be at your house, so book earlier than you need.

If I could give no stars I would.
I got in the taxi filled with cigarette smoke.
Am at the wrong terminal because of their incompetence. Called 5 mins after being dropped off and apparently the taxi driver was 45 misn away already.

Will never use them again.

Missed my train because either theymessed up the booking or the driver couldn't be bothered to turn up. Use anyone else.

Really grateful for the service, it's convenient and easy to navigate by booking online. The drivers I've met are friendly and punctual, has made trips across Cambridge easier!

Have used them in Cambridge several times, very punctual. The best driver was Fitim, he was very polite, anyone using Panther taxis I would recommend to ask for this driver and you wont be disappointed. Nice and clean car, safty first as he has taken all the measures needed during this time with corona virus. Whenever i use them i ask and will always ask if Fitim can be the driver

I've been stranded in Cambridge for the best part of a year. to allow easy access to Addenbrookes for some serious medical treatment. Panther are always prompt, the pricing is consistent. The drivers are always friendly, polite, and immensely helpful when my illnesses cut in and render me infirm/

We have always used Panther. They are the most reliable company by far. We booked a cab tonight, Rashid was our driver. What a lovely young man very friendly & chatty. When I got home I couldn't find my phone, I had left it in the cab. A few phone calls made & Rashid drove back to return my phone to me. I really appreciate that. I work in retail & I know what it means when you receive good feedback. So Rashid I thank you & appreciate what you have done. Many thanks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly recommend Panther taxi in Cambridge. Those who gave 1 star are really impatient or arrogant people. I used Panther at least 10 times in the last year. Always on time, always polite. How come it is late or rude for these arrogant people and never for me? Use Panther. You won't regret it. Ignore 1 star reviews (at least most of them). Ask them how many times they used the service. Ask them which car company they used instead.

The worst taxi company in Cambridge with rude and bad drivers. Never come in the time, what they say. Used them few times and how they driving is ridiculous, my eyes just changed their place with my balls.Thier drivers looks just look out from Thier head, but don't see anything. Never use them again and told to all of my friends to avoid them. I don't really know how they still open??? Definitely not recommend! Use Camcab or Uber.

Used panther for 16 years. Have had a few problems with certain drivers taking the longer route and been charged a lot more than I should’ve been.. since then I tend to specify what route I want to take before they start the journey if I know what kinda driver I’m up against. Overall though 99% drivers are brilliant and very helpful. Don’t use call centre anymore much prefer the app as it’s a lot easier when in loud public places and don’t want ppl knowing where ur going.

Only gave one star as I couldn't give zero. An hour late very unhelpful when telephoned in fact told me to ring back Monday and complain!!!
Very poor service, we'd pre-booked and had a table booked for a meal so had no other option than to catch a bus.
