Le nombre de contact dépend de la visibilité de l'annonce et d'une bonne estimation du prix.
D'après mon expérience le délai de vente peut varier d'un bien à un autre. Je regrette que vous ayez interrompu votre parution trop tôt.
Toutefois je me permettrais de vous recontacter afin de trouver une solution.
