Basically this company has stolen my money. Purchased two bracelets weeks ago. Had the odd email in Dutch which sends back mailer demon. When I try to contact them. Nothing arrrived. How can I report them ? There’s no trace of them on instagram now.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Bad quality pictures blurry. I have worn it for 3 weeks and the photo part has fallen out already and the company are refusing to give me a refund. They are saying I have to pay for shipping to receive a new one. They are cheap tat I don't want another one I want my money back

I ordered 2 necklaces but received 4. Two with pictures of strangers. De two that where mine had a very bad quality. Tried to reach Papaja’s but not a single reaction back. No idea how to return them. Very bad experience!

Ordered 2 bracelets in September. One day after ordering they took another payment from my bank. Lits of messages no reply. Item arrived in November 4 bracelets. I dont need 4 bracelets. Emailed messaged nothing. Today got a standard automated message 3 times in Dutch. Saying order is on its way. Ridiculous. Customer service is awful. Bracelets are not worth the money. Cheap nasty out of focus images too. I doubt I'll get my refund but I will leave negative reviews everywhere. Consumers need to know what scammers they are.

I ordered around mid-September, still hasn't come. It was a gift for my girlfriend and I couldn't give it to her on her birthday, and I still don't have it. They sometimes don't reply their emails, and when they do reply, they give stupid excuses to why they couldn't yet deliver. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here at all. I'd rather choose 4 months shipping from Alibaba then be lead on by Papajas and getting pulled by the nose. DO NOT order from Papajas. Thiefs.

Ordered two bracelets in September 2023 and haven't received anything yet. November 2nd they have sent me an e-mail with apologies so I was expecting things to be solved quickly. November 7th I received an e-mail in German (?) with a tracking number and that was it.

Placed order on 16th October was told it had shipped, now 4th November and still no delivery. Get fobbed off all the time by customer service,saying they had email problems, then they emailed me in Dutch which I had to translate into English then they said my delivery address is wrong which it isn’t as I’ve checked it, the tracking details are not updated. Looks as if the items are coming from China if they do ever turn up! I’ve asked for a full refund as these bracelets were supposed to be a special birthday present and anniversary present, which have both since past! Very disappointed.

Unreliable, unreachable. They send a wrong order, they not react anymore. They not send the rest of my order.

Great customer service. Quick response on email and the bracelets are beautiful. I will recommend the site to other People.

super nice customer service and also fast shipping! very nice also that it is 1 + 1 free! this way you can make extra people happy! the bracelets themselves are also super nice and sharp! we are super happy :)

I've ordered two bracelets with the picture in de stone.Im very happy with them,they look great!
And the email correspondence are personel and not a automatic machine reply.
The only thing why i dont give 5 stars is that the shipment mayby could be quicker.
I certainly wil order again!

Great to have my dad with me all day long.. very happy with this bracelet.

Have the picture of my husband on my arm verry pritty but thinking to make the bracelet different it has long ends.
