The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever encounter in my entire life. I made an order on April 4 2022 for three packs of tape in extensions. I got the tracking it was reporting the same status for about a week, I contact them through the chat and they told me and guaranteed that it was shipped and I had nothing to worry about, another week pass I still contact them on the chat and they repeat the same stuff, I contact the number it hangs up it says to email them it takes 8 hours to receive a response lie took them 5 days! they told me on email the same solution just to wait! 3 weeks has passed they created a new shipping label with DHL and it’s the same status FedEx was showing me, they just created the label and has been in the same status for about a week now I contact them and they assure me that it’s been shipped and I have nothing to worry about I contact the chat and they just close out the conversation for me each time because they already know who I am and they know I’ve been complaining and waiting about a month now for my tape in extensions. I paid almost $400 for this it’s so unprofessional and I feel like I’m just getting scam and getting the runaround, I do not recommend! is better ordering from Alibaba N receive the order in two weeks. I believe they just create the label and don’t send out the package and they just keep the money. I will hire a lawyer and report them to the business bureau if I have to at all cost.

I love the hair it’s exactly the same texture as mine and the exact same colour I wanted and needed I’ve searched everywhere in shops and everywhere online I couldn’t find what I wanted but parahair, you’re a life saver I love you and thank you ever so much for the extensions I’m so happy with them. :)

Absolutely avoid

Absolutely avoid. They boast a UK address but all hair comes from China. I waited two weeks for extremely bad quality hair. My first complaint was the moment I saw the hair I could see it was not the weight advertised. I contacted them and they said no the hair is weighed with packaging which is completely wrong - anyone who buys hair knows you pay by the gram!
I accepted their offer of a discount and ordered another weave as I needed to make the thickness up.
Another two weeks later when my hairstylist came to instal - she refused saying she has never seen such bad quality hair. We had to postpone my app to get completely new hair from a different supplier.
I’ve contacted Parahair and they have been slow to respond, dragging it out. Its been more than a month. I requested a full refund and said I will post the hair back but everytime I get another email offering a ridiculously small amount (8% now 10%) compensation saying please keep the hair you can style it…I can’t style it as its un-usable!
Oh but Covid delays and you have to pay handling fee blah blah absolute nonsense.
I’m taking this to paypal to get a refund.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Absolute Nightmare!

I have ordered 2 weeks ago, shipping is not upsating, customer service sends the same message over and over. I would like to get my money back, however it seems my requests are being ignored. Totally shambles company, avoid at all costs!

Updated **** THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM STARTING IN CHINA. YOU WILL GO THRU HELL TRYING TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT ANY REFUND OR EVEN GETTING ANY KIND OF SHIPPING INFORMATION DO NOT ORDER customer service agent that chatted with me was extremely helpful and patient with me despite having many questions. She was very nice and professional answering all my questions and was even thoughtful enough to help find more affordable options and find additional promotions. I have not had a better chat experience with any customer service rep EVER. She definitely deserves a raise or at least recognition for the amazing job she did with helping me choose the right product length ect. I am looking forward to seeing the quality of these extensions 😍 because if they're anything like the customer service rep then they will be flawless. Worst hair quality and customer service - do not buy!!!

This is possible the worst hair I have ever used in my life. I have been wearing for over 9 years, I ordered 4 packs of 22inch tape hair extensions from para hair, on first application the hair seemed good but after 4 weeks and despite having these put in professionally and following all after care advice this hair lost its length, weight and just matted when its in the hair, this hair lasted one application! The second time I had it put in, I had it removed within 4 days due to the constant matting and knots, the hair looked like straw. This hair does not last and spending over £210 on hair extensions for them to last one application when advertised as a year is not okay. I contacted para hair regarding this and have been told I would be contacted within 24hours twice, then 3-5 hours and yet I have still not been contacted regarding this.

Customer service is horrendous and this hair is definitely not as what it’s sold and I would not buy from here again and recommend you do not. Save your money!

This website is a scam.
I m waiting by 9 December 2021 (3months) my curly blond hair: but they send me ash hair ,veri thin and not curly .They did mistake 2 times.IStill now ,15 March 2022 ,they have my 90 pound payed in advance and they not want pay the expedition for to send back .
They did the mistake with wrong hair 2 times and I not pay another time .
Be careful for send back the item , because they wants they y declared on topic parcel that the are are ‘False ‘ not true so y are lucky if they arrived here!
At end it loose hair and money!
I ll refer them on line police too!

Terrible customer service

I ordered hair middle of January, it took 2 and a half weeks to get here even with the quickest shipping option. Unfortunately their customer service is slower then their shipping. I had ordered the wrong hair, I emailed customer service about that before I even got the hair. I've been in contact with customer service for over two weeks and have gotten no where. No one will give me a return address so that I can get a refund. Whenever they do reply to me all they try to do is push an 8% compensation for
keeping the hair. I do not want $20 and poor quality extensions. I want to get rid of them and get my $250 back. Starting to think this company is a scam.

This has so far been an awful…

This has so far been an awful experience with weeks passing and still no hair extensions, even after spending over £200 on these products. After being advised from Royal Mail that the tracking numbers you have provided are non existent this is becoming more like a dodgy experience! I would strongly currently advice again ParaHair.

UPDATED REVIEW! BUYER BEWARE

UPDATE SINCE I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER
If people think this is great hair, they haven't ever experienced what good, quality Remy hair really is! I ordered 20 inch U tipped extensions color #33. What I got was extensions that was dyed over blonde, that are pinkish, and Extremely thin the last 6 to 7 inches to ends. Only a few hairs. I've been doing extensions for over 20 years, I wish I could post the pictures on here the difference and what I actually received! Still waiting for an RA to return them!

I will change my review after I actually receive my order and if the quality is good!
This company ships out of China, and you have no knowledge of it until after purchasing and repeated "chats" of promised emails to send a tracking number, the tracking number shows NOTHING! The website says fast shopping, NOT TRUE!....again after reading Para's reply, tracking number provides NOTHING...other than saying "outbound" from "china"

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid for the 2-3 day shipping a week before my birthday and it’s not going to be here until the following week. What sense does it make that I would spend over $100 for something I won’t even need. And when using the chat option on the website after explaining the situation I was sent the tracking info with the same status, when I expressed that I wouldn’t need it at that point and that I was extremely upset, they closed the chat! Really freakin upsetting.
