My experience with parcelbroker
I've used this company several times now and found them patient and helpful. With their guidance I've had pallets and parcels arrive cross borders hassle free and their quoting system has always found me the best deal. We left some luggage in an airport in Holland
First time I have had to "import" something from EEC to UK ( small piece of luggage left at airport hotel). The staff at Parcelbroker were simply excellent, steering us thru packaging needed, minimising problems at customs - and staying in touch speedily. Cant recommend too highly

Please be assured your parcel is not delayed and is currently progressing within the expected transit time. The chosen "Economy" service from Italy to the UK typically takes 2–4 business days. Your shipment departed Perugia on 14th April at 7:30pm, with the first transit day being 15th April.
Since then, it has cleared customs and reached your local delivery depot via Heathrow. As Friday 18th and Monday 21st April are UK Easter bank holidays, DHL will not be making deliveries on those days, as most businesses will be closed. Your delivery is scheduled for Tuesday 22nd April, which is the fourth business day and within the expected timeframe.
You can view all of this progress and tracking information directly via your DHL tracking link, which is available to you at any time.
For future shipments where timing is more critical, we recommend using our Express service, which offers faster delivery and prioritised handling.

Long term customer
I've been working with ParcelBroker for many years now and I there's no way I could run my business without them. Price is excellent but it's the customer service that really stands out. Sophie, Tegan, Lauren and Aimee always answer queries quickly and are so friendly and accommodating with it - nothing is too much trouble. You would be daft, utterly daft, to use any other service.

Great service from Tegan who has been so helpful and efficient. She has answered all of my questions (many) questions with very clear information and instructions. She has also been very prompt in her replies. I am shipping personal items to the UK following a bereavement and Tegan has made a huge difference to me. THANK YOU!
