The experience was great. The lady that helped me out in Customer Service did a great job and she really poured everything to let me have the information I needed and help me out. Her name was Lauren. She was great. The only thing I could complain about is the UPS scanning system. I did not get informed about anything. I only got informed about the parcel arriving by my sister on the scanning system. It was only saying that the tag have been printed that was it.

I have been using Parcelbroker for a few months now and I am so happy I have switched to them after many inconveniences with other similar brokers.
The difference is mainly on their customer support when there are issues on a shipment and Lauren is an example, always professional and make things right in a speedy manner. Well done guys

Great Service from ParcelBroker, dealt with Sophie from the start and she arranged everything for me in simple steps and nothing was too much to ask.

She arranged all the paperwork to be sent to me including modifying an incorrectly filled out customs form on my behalf even scheduled the collection within 10 minutes!

It's the first time I'm sending an item internationally and I must be honest, I was worried sick because I've had poor experience locally but Lauren made it so easy for me. The way she reached and assisted me, made me feel like my parcel is safe.

Rates and communication was great from the outset, with Jacob, Lauren and Sophie all promptly responding to queries. During my shipment however, unfortunately, 2 out of 6 parcels were lost/destroyed by UPS and never made it to me. UPS dragged their feet with the claim I made but Parcel Broker continued to provide continual support to me in achieving an outcome
