Quick response

Always helpful Customer Service team at Parcel Broker. With the constant complexities shipping always brings, they are always there to help and advise.

Fantastic customer service as always…

Fantastic customer service as always from Tegan and colleagues. We needed to move a booked collection back by 24 hours due to changes in the travel plans of our customer. This was done swiftly and efficiently, with no fuss. Delighted.

Tegan is very helpful

Every time I purchase shipping labels via parcelbroker and have any problems that need sorting, Tegan is so quick to get back to me and is so helpful. Customer service is amazing along with the shipping rates.

The team at Parcel Broker were great

The team at Parcel Broker were great. The options were easy to select and arrange the delivery. It would be been a little better, but unfortunately the initial delivery service with ParcelForce didn’t happen, but Tegan in the support team was great and switched me to DHL they were with me within the hour of arrangement.

Tegan,Lauren,Scarlet

I needed to bring a Classic Motor Bike engine from California to the UK. The Support team consisting of Tegan, Lauren and Scarlet made this a very easy task. With their knowledge and experience they were quick and concise with their replies to all of my queries as well as advice on getting the paperwork correct. My parcel was picked up on a Monday afternoon in the US and was delivered to my home address the following Monday morning. Excellent service and a company I will definately use again.

Item COMPLETELY destroyed

Item COMPLETELY destroyed. I spoke to DHL to asked me to contact ParcelBroker to handle the claim on my behalf since it was booked on their company account. I am waiting to see how ParcelBroker will handle this.
