Read reviews on UK trustpilot please before you book anything with them. A lot of people are victims of scam (incliding me) !! They take money from you bank card a couple of weeks later saying you provided them with wrong weight or measurements. They took 122 euros from me and tried to take more with no explanation. You need to cancel your card or your account could be cleared in no time. They send AI generated messages. DO NOT give them any payment details. THEY DO STORE IT ON THEIR SYSTEM ABD ROB YOU. This crowd was on BBC Rip Off Britain TV program for scamming people. Criminals!!!

This company are appalling. I needed to send 2 boxes from ROI to UK. Got online, completed the necessary forms, managed to print off the address labels ok. Then it fell apart. The tracking numbers were not being registered on the website. The boxes were due to be collected 17.12.25, by 17.30. No one arrived from 12.00 when the orders were placed. No response to any of my requests for why the tracking numbers were not working. No one answered any of the 5 messages I sent online. I eventually contacted ups courier direct on 18.12.25, the man called Richard sorted out the issues and arranged for collection 18,12.25. The collection was made around 16.30.p.m. No response from Parcelhero at all. If you use them,you are being totally stupid. Go direct to UPS, as I did. Parcelhero should be totally ashamed to be a customer service, when no service is being given. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I sent a large and heavy shipment with ParcelHero 46cm x 46cm x 102cm
Weight 40kg

The parcel was delivered by UPS
Since the delivery I have been charged £175.00 by parcelhero - they say an audit by UPS found the dimensions and weight to be wrong. I have received by email two differing audit results?

I supplied photos receipts for the box along with photos of the box dimensions. It's physically impossible for the box to be the sizes quoted. They've refused to challenge UPS nor have they provided me with any evidence of an audit.
The agent must be AI as the responses are all the same. Phone numbers don't work it's a total rip off
Use a different agent. I'm now dealing with UPS direct.

The charged me and confirmed the collection for 18/09/2025, but I did not get sent booking reference code despite me following each step. I had to raise a support ticket and call the team to enquire where it was, and they said that no partner had confirmed the collection despite me being charged.

First mistake was using them to send parcel to china. Looked at all the options and decided on this lot. Had 2 options but choose Fed ex which was quite a bit more expensive but paperwork said (and I quote ) will handle all paperwork at customs etc ha ha. Also paid extra £6 for easy transfer. Picked up on 22nd July 2025
And started tracking. After week stuck at customs. Got in touch with this lot and they said it was not their problem and get in touch with FedEx who said get in touch with parcel hero. They then told me to contact person who was waiting for the return item to sort it out like a fool I did. They asked for tracking and then sent email which said parcel in trans with exclamation mark contacted a week ago and took another £3.48 out of bank. Ask why they said custom hold up was because wrong info was given by me. That was 8 days ago and still no parcel delivery. I paid £120+ for item. to send back nearly £40 and presumably the company will not accept the return as I’ve gone over return period. It’s cost me nearly £160 and I haven’t even got the article. I have nothing but I think are compute r generated. No. Customer service or phone number. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE. I AM GOING TO SEE WHAT MY RUGHTS ARE AND WATCH Social media and to consumer rights. As you can see the reply says sorry but nothing about help or refund or where my parcel is. They don’t ask for my booking number to rectify the problem. Just had a new tracking info still in transit after being picked up on the 22nd July 2025. Benny hills fastest milk cart in the west would be quicker. They took more money and still no parcel or info. Time for legal advice media and tv consumer programs.
