The whole experience was great! They have a range of options, from more affordable to pricier, and my friend that received the present thought I'd hand-written the note, which was a nice touch. It also arrived faster than I expected.

I filled two of my own boxes for loved ones and I was really pleased with them! Beautiful packaging and lovely gifts, quite expensive but is worth it for a one off special treat. Great customer service as well as I forgot to write inside the cards and they really helped me out before they were sent!

I purchased the Times + hair product box / parcel. Incredible value, high quality products. I would certainly be a future customer.

My brother was celebrating a milestone birthday, in isolation and across the globe from his family in Australia. We customised a box for him and especially loved that we could include photos of us all to provide such a personal touch.
Service was great (especially as I entered the wrong address and had to request a change), communication was prompt, delivery was fast and most importantly the end product was high quality and so appreciated by the recipient who already had his framed photo up on display by the time we shared our family zoom call later in the day.

Beautiful products and arrangement inside the box. I think £10 box is a little expensive, considering you will definitely need it. They could do with a cheaper choice of boxes, not everyone need or want to keep the fancy box. To create your own box, there are limited products to chose from however they are all lovely. More products at different price range (more medium to lower) would really tempt people to fill more in the box.I appreciate that the company is new so hopefully there will be a wider range of products in the future.

Beautiful gifts, plenty of choice and I love the ability to personalise your gift by including your own photos. Timely delivery and good communication, I ordered from Australia for delivery in London and had no issues. Would highly recommend!
