I placed a large order on ParfumDreams webshop. I could see the smart thing about buying Premium and saving a little, and I could see myself ordering more within a year. The entire order with shipping was €243.57. The package is sent and can see that it remains 2 days in the warehouse at GLS Denmark and then sent back. I send ParfumDreams an email but no reply. I call GLS who can inform me that the package had a leak of shampoo (packaged incorrectly) and the sender ParfumDreams had been contacted and had asked for the package to be returned. I think I have to be patient and thought that ParfumDream will be professional and send a new package with my order. But unfortunately no, ParfumDreams chooses to make a refund and refunded €228.63. I didn't ask for a refund, I was looking forward to my order. ParfumDreams cannot be contacted on the phone number on their app, the number is invalid and they do not respond to emails sent to their service email or through their contact form. A week has passed and no contact. Now I have premium but don’t know if I should order more from that webshop.

Good prices, bad customer service
First of all, I strongly recommend buying ONLY from PayPal as they have the fastest responses when you will have problems. So I ordered one time a lot of Parfumes for about 600€. Than it wasn't shipped for couple days, than DHL had problems, and in total it was about a week of delivery. It's ok I didn't expect faster. However their price dropped dramatically, and i reordered for another 400€, while returning the other order. It was worth it because price dropped by 200€ which is 30%.
So I ordered many more times parfumes which I liked, and than I just didn't like them anymore and returned. For a total of 4,000€. From which only 3,000€ was returned, in a month. Than about 30 emails and 10 calls later and 2 months, I decided not to wait and just asked PayPal to fix this. And you know what? They have not replied to me so I escalated directly to PP. And they give I think about 14 days. And my maximum date was 15 oct 2024. And parfumdreams issued me full refund on 14 oct 2024!!! What a service!
Overall, prices good, parfumes original, delivery is not bad, about a week. Customer service sucks

Be careful!!!!!!
I put one star because I could not select ZERO star, not satisfied at all.
I have ordered 2 products on 16-oct, but not yet informed when I can receive the order.
My order number is: 150664462
Customer number :168292428
And I paid 46.30 euros (for 2 products), but it is shown on website as if I ordered only 1 product (29,29 euros) on your website.
ON webpage says that the order is split, but only one product is shown on the purchase history.
I am claiming to customer service. I sent a mail many times, but no answer. i tried to call many times, but nobody caught the rings.
I feel uncomfortable, so I asked to cancel the order and asked cash back, but no answer.
This is SCAM!!!!!
Be careful every one! If you don't want to waist time and money, stay away from here.

Great prices but terrible customer service. I paid for the premium service twice now and I still don't get the benefit and I'm asked every time if I want to include the service in my orders. I have now placed 3 orders and only 1 shows in my profile. Help and support was not provided when I asked for a resolution.
