The delivery time is short, and I also received a sample toner as a gift. I will recommend it to my friends, it's a very good platform.

I received a bottle of 30ml instead of 50ml, contacted their support and unfortunately haven’t received any response ever since. It happened almost 2 months ago so I am losing hopes I’ll hear from them ever again. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone.

If I could give minus stars, I would. I have placed an order on th 14th of November and I never received anything. It was an Adventskalender for my daughter. I called, I sent emails, I left voice messages... nothing. It's like the company doesn't exist. Also, it was rather early before christmas, so it could arrive on time. Never again!!

My order number is 150755526 and was placed almost a month ago and they are not responding to me asking for a refund

Fast delivery and great prices

Everything was good, got the right product and it was luckily not damaged, even though it wasn't packed very securely (no foam or paper there to protect the product). Shipping was pretty fast this time also (sometimes before it has taken 2-3 days for them to ship the products from their warehouse). All in all a good experience this time!

My order was delivered quickly. However, the corner of the advent calender was damaged. I expected the products I received as a gift to be delivered without defects.

Super fast as usually, high recommended!

I ordered 2 of the same items from their site. When delivered, only 1 item was included. After contacting client relations, they said I should contact the local post office since they think one item was lost during shipping. I told them on the outside the box was pristine and showed no signs of damage, but they claimed I still have to go to the local post office to file a complaint. Will take me an hour to do so, for a 12 Euro item. Terrible service. Amazon would just send you the second item they forgot to deliver without a hassle.

Great product with good discount and excellent delivery services

I bought a product and wanted to immediately delete my order but they don’t have a button to cancel your order! Furthermore, I immediately sent 5 emails and called them, and they never got back to me. Horrible customer service and my problem still isn’t resolved!

Love this company easy to order fast delivery ,kept informed on delivery dates and times. And so much cheaper than any other sellers. I've just ordered my favourite perfume and saved £30 compared to other companies. I probably wouldn't have bought it at the normal price so it's just a no brainer.
