I purchased a new perfume - Lancome's Idole Power - before most people in the UK at a good price. It was delivered quicker than I anticipated - three days max, it felt like. I like parfumdreams. I don't require much interaction with them but when I do it is very respectful and reasonable. It is a very good company with an extensive catalogue. I am pleased with all my purchases.

I ordered 2 products. I received only one. When I called the customer care, they sent me a photo saying they sent both items and asked me to raise a complaint with DHL, which I did but so far I have not gotten a refund or a replacement.

The person I spoke to in customer care was nice. I don't speak German but she did her best to help.

Edit(29 Jan): I actually got a refund for the missing product!! So I'll give them 4 stars.

Good prices, fast shipping and free samples, what's not to like!

Easy to use website, great range of products, speedy service and kept up to date with delivery times.

I had ordered a couple of times with this company and never had an issue - until my last Xmas order. I spent nearly 400€, but one perfume came with a broken lid. If it was a commercial inexpensive perfume, I would have not said anything. But this one was a very expensive niche luxury perfume worth 255€ for 90ml. I of course texted them right away to have an exchange or reimbursement, BUT their customer service consists of the least professio and most chaotic team I have experienced in a long time! So even after 18 days NO SOLUTION! I get different answers from different people. Really really bad!!

Don’t deserve even 1 star. Horrible company, never send the perfume and not even issuing the refund. Send multiple emails and call no response. Really disappointed

Do not order with this company!
5th December ordered as Christmas presents, items that never arrived. Multiple tickets opened as the status of the delivery was shown 'in preparation'. Multiple tickets opened, and after no response I had given them a call:
19 Dec I was told by an operator that probably items have been sent, but the status is hanging
22 Dec I asked for a refund and I have been informed that this can only happen after I recieve the package and I can send the package back to them in case i don't want it.
2 January - been informed that the items are probably not available and I am eligible for a refund, that I still have not received...

Great quality, great prices and fast delivery

I purchased a perfume and never received it! When I contacted customer service, they quickly shifted all responsibility to the carrier and didn’t even offer compensation or a coupon as a gesture of goodwill. Extremely disappointed—this is not a place I’d recommend shopping.

It took one week for the package to be dispatched and it arrived in a broken box. Delivery box was too big for the items and they kept moving during delivery causing packaging to be scratched. Needles to say, this cannot be given as a gift anymore

Just the best prices I can find absolutely anywhere! Added to this I joined their 'club' by accidently pressing the wrong key! Turned out to be the most brilliant slip up because for less than £10 per year I get free delivery on every order and there are terrific discounts on top of this. Can't believe the savings. Just wish their product range was bigger

I always do my research before purchasing perfumes, especially careful online…. Time and time again, I come back to this company… I can rely on a speedy delivery , authentic products and always a very good price.

Orders arrive promptly in perfect condition , haven’t been disappointed yet 🤞🏻 …. Would highly recommend.. ( it’s also worth joining membership for extra discounts ,offers and free delivery)
