Beware
Beware! I you place an order and then decide to return a part of it and you HAD free delivery (your order was over required amount) and your orders FALLS into non-free delivery (now is worth less than required amount) they will charge you £3.95. They refund you for returned items minus £3.95. This was my last order here. Shocking practise. And no where is written about it, yes, of course you can return your items for free. But don't cheat then please, don't order for more just to have free delivery only to sent it back and make parfumedreams to pay for postage. No, no, no! They are not that stupid....
If I had known I would have not sent it back as it was simply not worth it. But maybe I should be grateful they didn't charge me more for a free sample of some loreal cream.

In reponse to their repetative instructions of 22/10 I have responded giving the order details.However they are so crafty-how can you have an order number when they stopped the proposed order & consequently no number was allocated.
Order was for untitled l’eau by maison margiela on a special shoppers 22 or 25% discount plus additional members 10%.
Goodness knows what nonsense comes back this time!!!

I placed the order with a correct address and the shop submit the wrong address to the courier company. Now I try to solve the problem and to change the address could only the sender.
But Parfumdreams doesn't answer the phone and emails as well.
