Great offers, worst packaging
Great offers, but worst packaging. I ordered 2 expensive perfumes. They just put them in a box, without extra packaging, no extra protection, no safety.
In fact, one item arrived broken and I had all the problems to return the item.
Not only, I paid extra money to become a premium customer, in order to get an even better discount.
That is an extra and senseless cost for me now.

I feel scammed – Paid with PayPal, no confirmation, no product, no response!
I’m honestly shocked and beyond frustrated with my experience at Parfumdreams. I placed an order and paid via PayPal — the payment went through instantly, and PayPal confirmed the transaction. But from Parfumdreams? Absolutely nothing. No confirmation email. No order number. No shipping update. Not even a trace of the purchase in my profile/account on their website.
Yes, you read that right — the order doesn’t even exist in my account dashboard. It’s like the purchase never happened on their end, even though the money was clearly taken from mine. I logged in several times, checked every section: “My Orders,” “Order History” — nothing is showing. It’s as if my money just disappeared into a black hole. That’s not just poor service — that’s shady and unacceptable.
I’ve already checked my spam folder, made sure I used the right email, and verified everything on PayPal. This is 100% on their end. The lack of transparency, communication, and basic functionality is shocking for an online retailer.
What’s worse, there’s no way to track or manage the issue without an order number, which they never sent. I’ve reached out to customer support and am now just sitting here, waiting and hoping they acknowledge my order. If they don’t respond soon, I’ll escalate this through PayPal and report it as an unresolved transaction.
Until this situation is resolved, I cannot recommend Parfumdreams to anyone. A modern online store that:
Takes your money
Doesn’t send a confirmation
Shows no order on your account
And gives you no way to follow up?
That’s a huge red flag.
To anyone reading this: using PayPal or a secure payment method if you risk shopping here is not gonna help that much — and prepare for the possibility that you might be left in limbo. This is not how customers should be treated in 2025. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but right now, this feels like a scam and a serious breach of trust.
