It came late due to an issue and I had to contact you myself, but everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. Once the issue was clear, you kept me updated on when my order would come and what my options were. Eventually came just fine, well-packed, happy with my purchase. Theft
I ordered a product online at parfumerie.nl. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong product (eau de toilette instead of eau de parfume). I bought a return label to send back the order and brought it to PostNL.
After a few weeks, I did not receive any reply nor my money, so I decided to give a call to check what is going on. Unfortunately, either PostNL or parfumerie.nl lost my package.
Now, 6 months further, and 12 phone calls ahead, I still did not receive my money back. Every time I call they promise to give me feedback on the process, but nevertheless, still no solution. The call center is lead by two women, we do not show any responsibility nor any empathy. It is sad that such a company is trying to solve an issue by ignoring its client in the hopes that the client will give up.
Final step would be to file a complaint at the European Consumer Centres - to be continued
