Helped avoid queues which would have taken up most of the days. Really impressed with the Restaurants -on our own, we'd probably never even have heard of some of the places. Covered all of the 'mus... See more

Apart from a mismatch in opening times for the Air and Space Museum (app says open Mondays but we got out there to find it was closed Mondays) the Paris Pass was easy to use. We didn’t quite use its full value but the museum pass and the things we did see and use more than made up for it, we just ran out of time (and foot power:) )

Nice option. Only had a Little trouble changing From Paris Pass to Paris Museum Pass, maybe Museum Pass could be "added" into the app. Also, Versailles Gardens and Opera Garnier could be addetti into the Pass.

The pairs pass includes free admission to the Palace of Versailles, but almost not includes the Versailles garden access except you are there on Monday. We had to buy tickets.

Overcharged after applying discount code on website. Poor customer service, still awaiting email response.

We enjoyed our time in Paris. The Pass made it easy to see the things we wanted and also added a few things we wouldn’t have known about. I took off 1 star for how confusing and hard it was to get the museum pass downloaded to our phones. I wish that could be saved in the app.

If well planned, the pass can really save you money. This however, requires some serious research in advance and taking your time to mark the activities/attractions you would like to visit and the time slots available for each of them. Note that the places that require a reservation in advance have some fixed time-frames when the pass can be used which are not the same if you would like to visit the same place without the pass. So you have to coordinate well all the possible time slots, the time needed to get from one attraction to another and your overall desire to be on a quite hectic schedule. We had a plan for each day starting from 10 AM and even though we didn't manage to follow it the entire time, we still managed to visit most of the places which we wanted and if we had to pay for each activity, we would pay more than 2 times more than the fee we paid for the pass (we had a 4-day pass).
Another thing to note is that the prices on the website are subject to discount almost all the time. I was following the website and there were promotions running almost every week - usually about 10%, sometimes even more.
The Paris pass is digital so all you have to do is download the app and import your purchase - you receive easy to follow instructions and we had no problems with that. Scanning the pass was enough to get through, no problems at all.
You have to additionally download the Museum Pass - I believe after the download, this can also be kept digital and scanned from the phone but we had it printed in advance and didn't have any problems with any of the museums. Note that even when making a reservation (Versailes, Louvre, etc.) where you receive a ticket from the respective museum, you still have to show the Museum pass.
We really liked the restaurants which are included with the pass - we tried all of them and everything was great and represent an awesome addition to all the attractions.
Why I give 4 stars?
Some of the attractions (especially the restaurants) are not pinned correctly on the map of the app and we had some difficulties finding them.
It is not for everyone - for a casual tourist without a proper planning it may not prove to be worthy and may result in an actual financial loss.

There is so much to do and see in Paris and this pass really encourages you to explore. We loved how much free food was on there too!

It did not scan well on mobile phone making it not user friendly for travelers abroad thus making you have to carry physical paper pass to the museums.

I was upset about only using the pass on consecutive days. I was not honored another day even though I never used it at all one day due to weather issues.

Paris Pass was great, and great value, too. We loved having all the attractions listed and described, with details, maps, etc., in one app. We enjoyed the variety of attractions, even ones involving food and drink were available! The only gripe was the lack of clarity around claiming and downloading the Museum Pass separately. We tried to access the Louvre with our Paris Passes, and computer said No :-) We were bewildered as to why not, and what to do about it. Eventually, all was clarified, but there was no need for the confusion.

They send a discount code that the web pages accepts but after they change the price without discount. After sending several mails explaining the issue and showing evidence that is not a bank issue, no answer. The chat in the pare is useless. Never ends in a real person, is always only pointing to the FAQs. They sell in Spain but they only have a US support number so not possible to be sure If it is really cost free as they say. In summary… really horrible customer service.

Overcharged after applying discount code on website. Poor customer service, still awaiting email response 1 week on. Great concept, poorly managed.

Wonderful selection of tours and activities. The trip planner within the app was very helpful. I wish the app integrated with the tickets required for each vendor. Admission took longer than necessary because of our (and the ticketing attendants) confusion. May not be the most economical option, but is very good to narrow down the seemingly endless options when visiting Paris.
