Very happy with Parks Cameras. I have bought several cameras from them before along with lots of accessories. Selling equipment back to them was easy and their quote was higher than expected. They have a deep understanding of their industry and their customer service is second to none.

Purchased an X-T5 in used condition, when I got it the thing was brand new with a 1000 clicks on the shutter.

Store assistant I think the name was Dan, Great guy and was patient while my daughter insisted on offering him soggy wotsits.

Honestly will go back and wont use any other camera store going forward.

would be nice to have a 12 month warranty instead of 6 but I feel the price reflects this as they very reasonably priced.

Package arrived on time, safely wrapped in an appropriate{not too big} box. Binoculars were pristine, as advertised and at a very competitive price.

I tried several online quotes from different companies including Wex and London Camera Company for a boxed Nikon D3500. All offered me £200 or quite a bit less. Park Cameras quoted £245, so I opted for Park. Once I had sent the camera off to them, they got back to me and INCREASED their offer to £263! I was assuming it would go down, but no. After accepting, the money reached my account within a couple of days. I am very happy with Park Cameras and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Thank you to the chap in the London branch who took the time to show me both cameras. Excellent and regular updates from DPD for the delivery, which also put my mind at ease.
