Could not fault the service provided when selling my lens. Quick turnaround and good price given compared to other companies. Would definitely use Park Cameras again.

Excellent company to deal with. Have used Park Cameras previously to buy used equipment and also to sell a lens. Each time it’s been easy and positive. Instant quote for my lens this time I sold with them which wasn’t downgraded when they received the lens as some companies do. All dealt with so quickly and efficiently would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling used camera equipment

They were so helpful i made a mistake when ordering telescope the.gentleman was very kindcandvhekpful and sorted it in minutes. The item i ordered wa awaiting stock they didnt know when it would be but theyd keep me updated so was very happy as no rush. Few days later its on its way. Highly recommend them

Camera was ordered for next day delivery but this never happened and it arrived late the following day.
despite being ordered next day delivery. excuse was conditions in my area. It was some of the best weather this year so far.

Traded my old camera for a more compact one. In-shop treatment and purchase experience was excellent.
BUT....
I was recommended and provided with a camera as "the nearest competitor" [my words] to its Sony counterpart
that has proven to be completely incorrect guidance.

Image clarity is very poor. Subsequent enquiry by phone suggests this is a known issue with that product.

I have requested to to return the camera and recover my trade-in cash only to be told:

* The 2 week return period has expired
* The 30 day fault return policy has expired.

So, I have received a product that (used or not) is unfit for the purpose for which it was sold and for which I have purchased a spare battery, charger and manual.

Needless to say, I am not impressed. This company has cost me quite a lot of money and, as a decent honest customer, I really resent it.

The items look excellent quality and fit the camera very well. They were very well packed also. I can well recommend this company.

Bought a used Z9 last Friday, the service was perfect, Jamie L was super helpful. I had to go back as unfortunately the camera wouldn't charge the battery. Battery was replaced with a new one straight away, tested working and I couldn't be more grateful for the service I received. Wish all companies were like this.

First time customer of Park Cameras and they will now probably be at the top of my list for future purchases.
Prices are excellent, some of the kits they put together, e.g. the Fujifilm X-T50 and XF 23mm f2 that I bought, are at absolutely fantastic prices. I only saw one other retailer with anything close to Park Camera's prices.
They also had stock available when everyone else had run out, or only had the Fujifilm pre-prepared kits available, not the packages that I was after.
Delivery service is excellent, ordered first thing in the morning and arrived the next day without any problems.
Communication by email was timely and accurate.

I placed my order online but had to telephone Park Cameras to make a correction and they couldn't have been more helpful. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and it arrived as promised first thing Monday morning. Excellent service.

Had to call customer service, and they were extremely kind, efficient and helpful… I solved the problem myself, and when I called them back, they were again kind and generous in their comments. Would use again.

Having already bought a f4.5-5.6 100-400 I L USM, I needed a one for all lens.

So when I saw the 24-70mm lens I had to have that too.

It’s supplied as used but looks brand new!
