Fantastic company who sent a very well wrapped parcel very quickly. The camera was actually for my son out law who is a semi professional photographer of skateboarding action shots and he is very pleased with it. The Cera was refurbished to a very high standard and was excellent value for money. Well done everyone!

I bought a second-hand d850 camera from Park Cameras which initially worked flawlessly but after a few weeks developed a fault. The camera was under warranty. The camera was quickly collected via DPD at Park's expense and sent to Nikon. I was kept fully informed throughout the repair process. It was quickly returned once the repair was complete.

the monocular is excellent but the 1 to 4 day delivery time wasn't. It took an extra 2 days. quality and price great delivery not so.

Every staff member in my experience was first class, from the initial sale, to handling my complaint, regarding the factory fault with my brand new product. Action was swift and professional with its replacement. This is the second time I have purchased photographic equipment from Parks and it certainly won't be the last. Highly a recommended company.
