The basis of all very good business…
The basis of all very good business practice is communication. Every staff member in my experience was first class, from the initial sale, to handling my complaint, regarding the factory fault with my brand new product. Action was swift and professional with its replacement. This is the second time I have purchased photographic equipment from Parks and it certainly won't be the last. Highly a recommended company.

Great service and communication.
My enquiry for a quote to sell my Canon EOS R50 camera was replied to and provided with speed and ease. All communication was professional and clear. Sending my camera to Park was also smooth and it was collected from my door. They advised when they received it and kept me in informed of each stage. The quote was upheld and I accepted the offer. As promised the money was in my bank within 3 working days. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Park for their service and price.
