Trustworthy and friendly
I'm new to 'proper' photographic equipment and purchased a lens for my camera that I didn't need, so I wanted to sell it as soon as possible (I got it on eBay, no return). I found Park Cameras via Google, and reviews were positive and seemed legitimate - so I asked for a quote. It came back quickly and was more than I thought. Ultimately my lens wasn't of the quality I'd hoped so I took a hit to the wallet, but that's ok as it was my fault. Next time I'll learn about my gear properly before splashing out! Park Cameras are professional and friendly, and keep you updated about your sale/quote throughout. Highly recommended - I'll be back!

Have been a customer of London branch for years and staff have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They never try to hard sell and are all keen photographers themselves. Have been happy with service in buying and selling. They are my go-to shop for cameras and photography gear

I needed my camera for my 57th wedding…
I needed my camera for my 57th wedding anniversary, it was expected one day before we left for the hotel, it arrived 4 days after we got home. The courier kept saying they missed our delivery, even though we were home on the Friday.
