Unprofessional
This is the most unprofessional lettings agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I should have known things were awry when they referred me to their sister branch to sign the contract as they didn't have a lettings agent then.
The property was not cleaned before my moving in. That was the first red flag that stood out to us.
Once I needed to have a leak in the kitchen sink repaired but it never happened despite my notifying Parkers Burghfield Common multiple times.
They told me that they would do quarterly property inspections (which is excessive to begin with) and then said to me that they'd visit every two months.
If anything, this whole experience has been the motivation I needed to keep building the deposit for my first home. Guess who I won't be buying my first home through?
