Mike the service engineer call to service my scooter for the third year 08/05/26 as always from the phone call to book the services to its completion I could not fault the professionalism every one showed in any way 10/10

I was looking for a refurbished Kymco K-Lite FE and went into Parkgate's Wakefield shop. They did not have one in stock but Adrian found one within the company and had it brought into the Wakefield shop the following day.

I went back to look at it and after a bit of negotiation, he gave me such a good price that I bought it. Lovely guy, very helpful and fair. Highly recommend.

We recently bought a wheelchair from the armthorpe branch and was delighted with our experience. Amy was lovely and very helpful.

As usual the service that Parkgate has supplied is first class. From the call to the company to the customer service from Kevin the service technician, everything was explained and went as well as expected. Many thanks.

Wayne came out today to repair my TGA Breeze S4 front end after having an accident. He had done an amazing job couldn't really tell I had an accident in it. Not only that Wayne also went that little further and attended to the tracking and the rear shocks and now my scooter rides a lot smoother and turns a lot better. Thanks Wayne for your hard work safe journey home

Amy was very knowledgeable about all the products I was looking at and really helped me choose what was right for me. She didnt make me feel like I was just another sale and she didnt rush me or make me fell pressured into making a purchase.

Wayne called today to replace the ignition lock on my wife's mobility scooter. He was very friendly and helpfull. The repair was completed quickly. We are very pleased with the service received.

Staff very helpful and guided us straight to the wheelchair we were after. Very knowledgeable of how the wheelchair works.

Me and my wife spoke to Helen and Keith at Park gate regarding purchasing a scooter to help me get around due to joint problems. Both Helen and Keith were very helpful, pleasant and very informative regarding which scooter would be suitable for me. I ended up buying a Scooter from Park gate and the service from Helen and Keith made the purchase a great experience. 🙂

Called in by off chance today, for the mother-in-law to look at a new motorised riser, recliner chair. After testing a few with Keith's advice. She chose one & then moved in to a new walker for herself.
She seems highly satisfied with everything & arranging a speedy delivery.

I found him helpful and omformative about the mobility scooters on sail, and so pleased with hus help I bought one there and then.
it's easy to dismantle and fits in the boot of the car so it ticks all the boxes.
would recommend to anyone looking for a mobility scooter

Went to get a mobility scooter for my mum, was attended to by Julie who helped us choose the scooter and explained everything clearly.
Great service would highly recommend.

Keith at the castleford store was realy help full and helped change the hight to make sure every thing was right for my gran.

Julie was fantastic. Gave us relevant information. Demonstration was unhurried and open to questions. Will come again.

I'm only in my 40's and I sprained my ankle and needed to rent a mobility scooter for a few days. I was going on a seaside trip with my family & didn't want to cancel it. I phoned Parkgate Mobility in Wakefield and spoke to Adrian to see if this was possible, and he said it wasn't a problem! Legend! I rented a scooter short-term for a very reasonable price and it saved the holiday! I couldn't have gone without it, as my ankle was very swollen. Adrian was very friendly and understanding and I had a wonderful experience despite my injured ankle! Thanks again, I recommend Parkgate Wakefield to family and friends. I was sad when it was time to give the scooter back!

Brilliant help from Adrian in the Wakefield store when I needed to hire a wheelchair at very short notice. He was so helpful, both when I enquired on the phone and when I went to collect. Also, what a fantastic shop with a great range of products. I honestly thought I had an unsolvable problem and can’t thank him enough. Also the hire service is fantastic value.
