Upsetting careless comment/opinion
Fault finding and customer care was brilliant and repaired within 30 mins. When it came to doing the invoice I was asked what my main disability was. When I said Fibromyalgia the Parkgate Mobility man said oh I have that ,but it not really a disability is it. I was a little shocked but just said I think you will find it is.
He should feel very lucky if he is able bodied and can bend up and down without issues. Many people like myself use Mobility aplliances because mobility is so painful. I am fed up with being made to feel judged and low by peoples careless comments and opinions. The lads who attended were Kev A/ Tom W. One was the trainee but it was the main lad who made the comment. If it wasn't for this comment/his opinion it would have probably been a 5 star

He responded that under no circumstances were any of his comments malice or intended at you, but were his experience of many years of listening to people saying that this is not really a disability, when he actually knows personally it is. He knows of pain and discomfort and is glad that people recognise this. Would you please accept his apologies and hopefully can look past any misunderstandings, especially, when Kevin always tries to give the best customer service to all his customers.

Going to the Retford branch
Going to the Retford branch, we were helped by Ian who was so helpful and understanding of the needs we needed with choosing a lightweight mobility scooter. The purchase was made with no problems and was assured if we needed help in the future, they were a phone call away. Once again thank you.

Popped in to have a chat with Adrian (Wakefield shop)about a new scooter today, the welcome we got is second to none. We always feel relaxed/ welcome and know we will get excellent customer service, with knowledgeable, NON pressured information on each product.Stepped away to give us privacy to chat over such a large purchase without feeling awkward. But of course we purchased what we had gone to look at and that is down to how he treats you while you are in the store.
Very professional when taking any personal details (weight/disabilities etc) which shows he is aware how difficult these things can sometimes be.
Thank You yet again for your ☆☆☆☆☆ attitude to your profession.

Great experience
Took a relative to the Wakefield branch we met and served by Adrian at the branch. He advised the relative of the best motorized wheel chair for her size making sure that it was comfortable etc and not too big. An appointment was organized for the next day the chair arrived that day too we weren't expecting it straight away. Darren who did the home visit showed her all the controls how to charge it etc. They even too away her old wheelchair. Overall a great experience and l would have no hesitation recommending Parkgate mobility.

Batley Store - Berni was very knowledgeable. We had no idea what the best product was for us to purchase, but she gave us all the information against each model and gave us sound advice about each item. The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. Adrian advised me well on our next big purchase and will be calling in with partner to test out rise and recline chairs. Good value for money recommend anyone who is looking for disability aids to try there first.

Highly recommend the Loughborough store
Just been into the Loughborough store and couldn't have had better help. Dionne was kind, supportive of my Dad and really knowledgeable about the product. She also put together 2 additional tomatoes for Dad to try. I felt like nothing was too much trouble for Dionne. Thankyou, a difficult situation was made much easier.
