I'm a new Parmenion customer and have been very impressed with the set-up process, and usability of the app.

My investments have been with Parmenion for a while now and they have been great. Easy to use, keep you well informed and I feel safe having my pension with them. Always available via the phone when you have questions without long wait times and robots which is refreshing in this day and age.

What a shambles of a company. I wanted to transfer money out of my investment with them and completed a form to that effect on 19 February 24. I heard nothing more and contacted the new company that I had chosen for my investment. I was told that my signature had been rejected by Parmenion but neither the new company nor Parmenion had let me know. My financial adviser eventually found out that they had mixed up my signature with my husband’s! He advised me that Parmenion would fast-track my application but as of 3 April the money still hasn’t been transferred. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I’m writing this review out of pure frustration, I have been attempting to transfer out a SIPP for 4 months now and I’m no where near the finish line.
It simply shouldn’t take this long to complete a relatively simple SIPP transfer, the latest twist is that the receiving company presented transfer forms to Parmenion which were rejected again because the fund values had changed too much…..of course the values have changed its been 4 months!
I’m going to give Parmenion a few more weeks before I escalate further.

As per another of these reviews, they are making it extremely difficult for me to take my money out!!! It is a small investment and I am losing money and advised them that I want to take this sum out. Their stance is to question my rationale in doing so and rudely intimate that I couldn’t possibly make a sensible decision without taking their advice!! The Advisor didn’t seem to know what she was talking about and constantly had to speak to someone else and was extremely difficult, even saying I might charged a fee but that she didn’t know! The emails between them and my so called Advisor Neil at Cheetham Jackson are damn right rude. I will be complaining to the FCA about their conduct!

I moved my portfolio from True Potential to Parmenion in 2022 and found the whole transfer process straightforward and was kept informed by Parmenion. The app is straightforward and I use it all the time to check progress.

Really like the app, it was simple to get up and running and I can now see my ISA progress anytime i want.

Parmenion platform is great. It’s very user-friendly and intuitive. Market information is timely, useful, and professional.

Called twice to get online link to my pension. Promised an email and still waiting

Parmenion is a reliable and safe home for my investments. The application process was smooth, all online and the customer service team are knowledgeable and super efficient. I can go onto their website or app for a real time view of my accounts and the user experience is the best that I have experienced. There is no reason in my mind to look elsewhere. A great platform!

My wife and I have held our pensions and ISAs with Parmenion for many years and find the technology is very easy to work with, the reports are set out clearly and whenever we have any queries these are handle professionally and politely.
They have an extensive range of investment portfolios available to suit our level of risk and making changes, when needed, are easy to undertake.

The Parmenion platform is one of the easiest to navigate that I have encountered. The portfolios I have invested in have performed extremely well and I am very happy with all aspects of my pension with Parmenion
