Awful customer service
Awful customer service - two replacement batteries despatched incorrectly, 3 attempts to contact them were ignored.
Credit card company refunded me promptly - will never deal with Parrot again.
Never come across an organisation that…
Never come across an organisation that regard their customers as the bottom of the tree. Since they secured the USA armed forces contract they have Zero interest in domestic customers. I have also spent 3 days searching for an alternative email address, because they refuse to respond to the one I've always used prior to the USA deal. Its a shame because the drone is fast and quiet until it crashes out the sky, which is does often, and you need to claim on your warranty or make any other enquiry. Stay away from Anafi. Check out some Facebook groups if you don't believe these reviews.
Garbage Service
Had a parrot drone for years and was awesome, finally needed to buy a new battery and thought I would go to the source so I could ensure the quality.
Delivered quickly but I noticed I had been double-billed for one item. I contacted customer serivces repeatedly and never had a response three months down the line and still out of pocket £80

I can’t connect my sky controller 3. FF6 says it needs an update but I plug it in and it can’t detect it.
Yet another in a long list of issues I’ve had with this Drone. $700 worth of angst. I bought it for the follow me feature for a 3 week motorcycle trip on dirt roads. It almost never worked without some sort of frustration. The video it takes is great but a complete hassle to get it.
Issues I’ve had intermittently
1. Follow me feature almost always fails
2. GPS signal Always weak
3. No Video signal just fuzz
4. Fails to connect to controller
5. Fails to connect with only iPhone
6. One of the few times I had it following me well on the motorcycle I tried one of the dronies moves and it crashed into a hill.
7. Return to Home doesn’t return home
These problems have all been intermittent sometimes multiple of them. Sometimes a reset works sometimes just putting it away and trying later works. When I say works the original problem is gone only to have one of the other problems.
The ‘can’t connect to sky controller’ is not going away. So I’m contacting help. The only other time I tried to contact help I was told several days later “ try another iPhone” so on top of the issues terrible customer service. I’ve even had to write this twice as the website failed.
91 flights in a year and a half I’d say maybe 3 or 4 times I didn’t have one issue or another. I’m buying a drone from another company but I wanted to let the company know your product sucks and so does your customer service. I’m positive I will not get anything back to help me with this Drone. More than a waste of money waste of valuable time.
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service, paid £700 for a drone that now doesn't work.. rather than just being able to send back for a repair that i'd happily pay to use the drone again Parrot drag out over weeks and months with back and forward with customer service tickets with such a delay in replying. Never purchase fro these guys again.
Terrible service and product
Screwed me over in my return. Absolute dog s**t customer service.
First I got a parrot that was defective in that the controller could not connect to the phone directly, thus everything had to be done through the phone and VR wasn't able to be used. Then they f***ing had the audacity to send me a replacement with NO charging cable for the controller, Faulty battery charger, a damaged propeller AND NO VR headset. I have never seen a single bloody company that is this incompetent and refusing to correct their wrongs. I strongly advise against buying anything from them ever.
Anafi Case # 1415579
I bought the used parrot anafi drone. The flight time was around 2 hours. So because i had only 1 battery, i bought another battery from parrot offical store. When i get the battery, i charge it and then after a while i plug in into a drone, and fly with it. After approx 10 min, drone crash in to ground. As i latter found out was that the battery was faulty. I contacted parrot support for help in 01.05.2020. The response time is like, we are living in stone age. If i am lucky i get response once a week. In 24.05.2020, i had enough and said give me back my money. The response was after a week, Kindly note that we will be processing a refund request as you have requested for the battery that you have purchased. Now is the 24.06.2020 still no response. I recommend this company to people who want to waste money and nerves for the problems with their product. I relly dont know how this company still exist. For anybody who are thinking about buying parrot products. My suggestion is RUN AWAY.

Purchased Anafi 10 months ago. Flown 2x. Now the camera directional and zoom does not work. Reloaded and updated but camera will not calibrate. Parrot support is giving me the run around. Need help.
Terrible aftersales care, don't stand by their products
I have owned some Parrot Zik headphones for a few years. They had worked pretty well albeit with low use. When I needed them they worked well. One day when looking at the app i noticed that the app was recommending a firmware upgrade. I couldn't get the upgrade to work, so I contacted "Customer Service" they talked me through the process. Immediately after the upgrade the headphones stopped working. Parrot have completely failed to support me since, despite them advising how to go through the upgrade. They are not interested in helping me get them repaired, which I offered to pay for! So £400 down the drain. Headphones are going in the bin and so are Parrot.

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced, even if my first impression was different. Back when i bought my anafi i told parrot that i received a broken one and i got a replacement (a working one) plus an extra battery for the inconveniences, on top of that, i spoke to a non-indian employee which seems to be interested in solving the issue. I like indian people, i have an indian friend, but i HATE CALL CENTERS AS "ALIBI-CUSTOMER-SERVICES" because never ever heard anything good about them.
Now, without knowing about all the horrible reviews i was so dumb to send my anafi to parrot for repairing the L-Bracket. Thy told me it was received bey them and i will get a replacement. This is now 2 months ago and i slowly start saying goodbye to my 600€... To everyone in the world: AVOID PARROT, GO TO DJI
Worst customer service i have ever…
Worst customer service i have ever worked with. They need 4 weeks to answer and then they reply with an automated answer which doesnt belong to my issue. I had an internal error which said "Please contact the customer service". So I contacted them and they replied that my drone is out of warranty and they dont offer a repair. I bought the Anafi 2 months ago, so it is sure not out of warranty. They never replied on my further emails. On their Instagram account they ask my to give them the case number and then they ignored me. What a shame of a "customer service". The Anafi is a good drone, but in comparison with a dji drone it feels cheap.

Having attempted to lodge a warranty claim with Parrot using their online claim form I was issued with a near-instant response stating:
"Thank you for contacting Parrot.
Your request for a repair quotation has been received, however due to the physical damage identify on your Parrot drone, this is now considered out of warranty.
Currently Parrot does not provide any out of warranty repair quote or service. Parrot provides replacement spare parts & accessories through our website in accessories section that we invite you to visit."
Having already explained that drone has lost contact within "line of sight" and fallen from the sky, this damage they refer to was caused by the fall
Two thousand pounds worth of professional thermal drone equipment disregarded when it is only 2 months old?
How can this be Parrot, without any attempt at an explanation?
Terrible service.
After trying to find replacement parts for my Parrot Anafi that I use for work I have given up and gone to DJI.
I needed the Parrot Anafi Mechanical Kit and was not able to source it anywhere, I tried Amazon, eBay, local suppliers. The response from the local supplier I went to was that the order was not a sufficient size for Parrot to even warrant sending it. So I tried to contact them directly and received no response. eBay was futile because there are no flights to Australia anymore, so no parts coming it.
If I could rate them a zero I would.
Terrible customer service, especially for a $1000+ item.
Case #1393131 - Parrot Mambo FPV
Whilst I understand that my drone is a couple or so years old now, nothing quite prepared me for the reaction I received from Parrot's customer service team.
One of the plastic hulls came off and broke, so after a fruitless search on eBay & Amazon for replacements I contacted Parrot directly. Their first response was to provide two links...to eBay & Amazon! The first was an out-of-stock item in the US and the second (Amazon) was for items costing $60 + postage/taxes!! They should cost about £8 or £9.
After following this up further with Parrot their final comment was: "Kindly note that we did check about the spare parts and we couldn't find any link. Sorry for the inconvenience caused"
Anybody thinking of buying one of these (or maybe any Parrot product), as there are a few still knocking around for sale, perhaps needs to think twice.

My story is very similar to everyone here .
I’m disabled so hobbies outdoors are few , so I bought a drone from Parrot.
For two months it flew , until a camera fault came , a common problem I believe with the anafi , well I contacted the customer service place filled in all the details and sent it off .
Well time passed and then back came an email from “ Joe “ the worst customer service person ever .
He told me yes it’s a valid claim we will send a replacement.
Then he told me and many times since that they do not send replacements to people who live in Canada, so four months later and many ridiculous emails from him I still do not have a replacement.
By the sounds of everyone else here it’s maybe just as well I haven’t got a used one in return.
So my message is if you live in Canada don’t buy Parrot products
Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. So my sons parrot mambo worked for a total of 5 mins on Christmas day! Now it won't update, it won't connect to my phone and all it does is flip over. When I first went to parrot for help they were excellent and gave me a list of things to try and resolve the matter. Non of this has worked and now they're completely blanking my emails and I can't get through when I try and call them. All my son wants is a replacement.

Very disappointed
I bought Parrot zik earphones in 2015because I liked the design and had heard good things about sound quality. For that price I was expecting a high-end product, but in fact I must say I am very disappointed. After only a couple of years of not so intensive use (in average twice a month mainly during winter) the leather started to peel. At the beginning just a little bit then always more. It was my misjudgment not to contact the support before the end of the warranty period, but ai thought it would be just a little crack in the leather. Actually it got ever worse and by now anytime I wear the earphones I am left with little black, leather flakes all over my forehead and ears. It maybe that my husband has little hair, and when he uses it, the skin oil affects the leather, but shouldn’t this product be designed and produced to consider this possibility? Anyhow I contacted their support but they would suggest to have it repaired for a fee. Given the fee, I’d be better off buying a new set of earphones. Definitely not parrot this time!
WORST COMPANY EVER!!
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Beware they package used product as new, couldn't even erase the memory first to hide it. Called them on it they played dumb and said I could ship to them and wait for new one. On 3rd flight motor malfunction and crashed and WOULD NOT WARRANTY. Customer service almost non exsitant and ghosted me after I gave them the info the asked for. If you are thinking about buying a product from them maybe consider throwing $800 in the garbage first.
