Super quick delivery, good selection and quality products. Will be using again!

Despite good personal advice on Congo African Grey care initially and a more personal approach to customer service, this company has changed into some monster that wouldn't admit any accountability for poorly designed and at times even dangerously designed/made toys. The latest being a foraging wheel advertised as being suitable for Congo African greys on their website.

Good idea but bad execution as a smart grey can figure how to use and empty the whole thing in a day. Hard to attach and remove (needs another person to help) and have to use a screwdriver to take front panel off to refill. Have to stuff toy with loads of other fillers to avoid parrot having a fat and suger spike from this as mine did (resulting in several bites for me and days of him not eating his proper food). Very disappointed and very poor customer service on this occasion unfortunately. The worst was a huge heavy swing that had a tiny attachment holding it which fell to the ground (luckily with parrot not on it). Had to fix it myself using an alternative hook fixture. Often have to remove dangerous bells from toys and use proper links over those cheaper and more dangerous pear links most of their even heavy toys come with. Often the toy sizing is inappropriate or not as per website and advised parrot suitability (from giant toys that take too much space up advertised as suitable for a medium sized parrot to ones that are budgy suitable but cost much more).
Bad accountability for own design flaws and stick to their non refund or exchange policy even if toy caused extreme distress or worse, which has severed years worth of custom now.

I ordered twice way back in 2023 and I would love to order again but there is Tops Organic Parrot Food in my cart which I don't want to buy. But I don't see any way to delete it from the cart. There is a "Change" link in the cart which doesn't do anything apart from refresh the page and a faded icon which looks like an internet icon which similarly doesn't do anything.

Logging out, clearing browser cache and logging in results in this message when I access the cart, "You left some items from a previous cart. We have added those items to your current cart" and I'm back to square one.

TERRIBLE customer service. I spoke to a very rude indian man who was shouting at me!

I can't say enough good things about Parrot Essentials. As an owner of an African Grey, I rely on them for all my supplies, and their service is consistently fantastic.
The staff are truly the best—they always go above and beyond to help. I've needed assistance with my subscriptions in the past, and they were brilliant at sorting everything out for me. They've even provided expedited deliveries when I've had a last-minute issue, which has been an absolute lifesaver.
It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and their feathered friends. The quality of their products is excellent, but it's the customer service that makes them stand out. I highly recommend them to any parrot owner.

Always perfect and fast.
However, it is the first time I saw a company using a Support ticket system and giving access to the client to track their email communication.
This is used in tech companies but this type of efficiency is surreal outside of tech.
I don't think it's right to reveal the system as it is the company's competitive advantage but I am a system's lead by profession and I have never seen this interface and level of efficiency in a retail business.
Kudos for the investment on systems this shows a company that goes beyond what is necessary to ensure smooth client interactions.

I’ve regularly bought through Parrot Essentials and have always been impressed with the quality of products (mainly food and treats, but also toys) and the speed of service has always been great. Highly recommended.

The foreign finch food is sometimes hard to find on their site but worth the search. Amazon price £14.99 and Parrot essentials is half that + £3.99 postage so best to order several at one time.
The only real BIG PROBLEM I have each time is getting the order to go through...After completing address and payment method I seem to end up in circles, every time I click in box accept 'terms and conditions' it just takes me to them and when I return it asks me again to accept them. Really annoying.
So now...before I enter method of payment etc I go straight to bottom of page, click on accept terms and conditions before I continue with order. That seems to work.

Buy one product then receive hundreds of emails from parent essentials over course of month and countless calls.

Any company spamming marketing techniques will receive poor reviews

I have a parrot called hazard I have brought lots of toys and food treats from parrot Essentials and he loves them all.

The knowledge shown by Anguel is second to none. Food & toys supplied are top notch.

This parrot cage is perfect for my feathered friend. The quality is top-notch, and the smooth transaction made it a breeze to get. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this company if you have a feathered friends. There service is very good and there delivery’s are quick I have used this company a number off times and it will keep using them. If there is a problem or want to know something they are always happy to help and answer your questions.

I must admit when I first checked trust pilot for customer reviews I was a little dubious about ordering. Im glad I ordered though. Items were well packaged, arrived on time and intact. The price was decent too! I’ll be ordering again!

Absolute dross.worked for about 20 minutes then no sound whatsoever.How they charge for this is criminal.
