Had 3 rugs cleaned and restored by Pars rug gallery, the rugs are 25 years old and heavily used and were in quite a sorry state, but now the very talented team have made them look like new. Very pleased with the outcome and worth the wait. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a similar service.

I am very pleased with the cleaning of my rug. It certainly came back in a much better state than I sent it in - BUT be prepared for a long wait. My rug was away for just over four months and e-mails and telephone calls to try and find out what was happening all went unanswered. Eventually, when the rug was ready they contacted me.

I contacted Pars Rug Gallery as my not that rare/fancy but very loved oriental rug needed a clean and repairing. The team (Arash and Abhishek) allowed me to have a Black Friday discount for the cleaning, even though i was slightly late for that, and gave me a fair quote for the repair. I have been sent lots of pictures throughout the process and just received the rug back, clean and really nicely repaired. I would recommend Pars Rug Gallery and will be using their services again.

This company have cleaned a very big, heavy Chinese rug that's been in the family for nearly 60 years. They were all so caring and helpful. Sent me lots of photos throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to look after your precious rugs. It looks so good in the room it's come back to.

Having not maintained our inherited rugs for many years we chose Pars to clean and restore them. We are very impressed with the end results - the hand craftmanship is amazing and the rugs have been brought back to life. You can't even see where the damage had been!! Thank you.

Abhishek from Pars Rug Gallery in Romsey cleaned and repaired the worn edges of my 9ft by 6ft Kashmiri silk carpet bought in India 20 years ago. The work was carried out to a high standard and the carpet now looks like new again.

The team showed a great interest in a very damaged 19th century rug runner I sent them and it has come back with the colours glowing and feeling clean and soft. They’ve repaired holes, worn areas and broken edges so I can really enjoy my inherited piece of rug art and were also able to tell me more about its probable date and origins.

Pars Rug Gallery restored a badly damaged antique carpet for us. It was moth-eaten and badly worn, and seemed beyond hope. It was quite a leap of faith to take Arash's word that it was worth the long and labour-intensive restoration it would need. Matching wool was sourced, and much was re-made. We got lots of video and photos of the work in progress over many months and in two countries. Getting it right took time and we had to be patient, but I'm sure it was justified. The result is beautiful and far better than we'd have believed possible.

We have dealt with PRG twice now in our search for genuine quality vintage rugs. Our first runner rug was purchased back in February 2019 and duly delivered complete with underlay very promptly thereafter. Having recently moved to a period country house, we were looking for a suitable runner for our hallway. We spotted a promising looking runner on the PRG website and contacted them by telephone. Arash took our details, including the measurement range that would be suitable, and visited us the very next day with a selection of antique rugs. Ultimately, we settled on an Antique Persian Sarab runner which looks absolutely fantastic in our hallway. Well over 120 years old it looks like it could have been made yesterday, such is it's stunning condition. As a piece, it was a bit more expensive that the runner we had originally looked at however we are both very happy to have it in our new home. The house is new to us but the oldest part dates from 13th Century and the last major addition to the property was laid down in 1899, so it was kind of crying out for a vintage rug! At this stage we should add that, as part of the deal, Arash is arranging cleaning for our original rug and providing replacement underlay for it along with underlay for the new rug. In short, we are both very satisfied with the products and service from PRG.
