Restoration of a Kashmiri rug was superb. Cleaning of two rugs excellent. Both rugs look brand new. No hesitation in recommending them.

Very good customer support/contact and explanation with photographs at each stage. Explained other options, mine needed a repair but as couldn’t afford this time, I was not pressured into having done. I had an exceptionally (embarrassingly so) dirty rug but it came back lovely and clean. Thankyou.

My father gave me a rug which had some holes in it and needed some love and care. It is very sentimental to me. Pars collected the rug and reviewed it and then had a call with me to explain what needed doing. They were able to tell me the “critical” things vs the “nice to haves” which was really useful. They did a really great job and hand delivered the rug back to me. Every part of the process was a pleasant experience and their customer service is second to none. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I have a lovely relatively expensive " modern" rug that we loved, so wanted to attempt to clean it properly. A local guy tried with no real impact - we did have red wine stains on a cream base . Pars Rug Gallery were amazing from pick up / regular contact and ultimate result ... it looks as new !! Cannot recommend highly enough .

Applying craftsmanship and professionalism of a very high order, I was regularly kept informed of progress. From first contacting Pars Rug Gallery to seeing photos of the work in progress and then the final result, it has been a wonderful experience. When Arash came to see our family's old Persian rug, it was in a sorry state with badly worn patches and edges missing. He was able to tell us all about it and explain in detail the work that could be done to restore it. After 5 months, the work has been completed and I am delighted with the result. The rug is beautiful with the true workmanship and colours now revealed.

Firstly, my rug has come back cleaned and beautifully restored by wonderful craftspeople, I could not be happier with the results. It's an elderly Kashmiri wool/silk mix which had a great deal of wear and staining. It is now bright and the edges and warp fringe have been expertly restored, beautiful work. From the outset communication has been superb, I've been kept informed at every stage, costs have been totally transparant and well presented so I could see exactly what each element of the clean and restoration costs. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, I feel really lucky to have stumbled upon them. Very happy indeed.

Pars Rugs have cleaned and restored a rug for me which was bought in 1972 in Kashmir. The rug was in a sorry state having been used in a lounge for many years and then stored when we moved house. Areas had been attacked by moths and the fringes had worn away. The rug has been restored to an amazing standard. The colour matching is perfect and the skill of the restorers means that it’s impossible to tell where the problem areas were that have been mended. Information was supplied at all stages and the quality of the work is such that I can totally recommend this company.

I'm very pleased with the pictures I've seen of the cleaning and repairs to our runner. I couldn't tell which corners were damaged and even the back looks great.
